Such a crazy afternoon for we are still getting off and on snow and a rainy mist. A nice Bear Creek Soup Mix day. Always like to have several on hand on this type of a day to make one feel warm and cozy. Spring are you still here? Hope you show up again one of these fine days. We made it to the middle of the week. It is a dreary day here and a little cooler. A perfect day except... I really miss the sunshine and Vitamin D. Tomorrow I will get my drain out and I am very excited about that.
I have a couple of strawberry plants from last year and they both have blooms and strawberries on them. Since hubby is putting out weed and feed today for the possibility of rain the next 3 days or more, I guess I had better get busy too.
Hi MK - it's been a busy last several days for me. Have been running around and since Sunday nite at dominos where I made a banana cake for dessert. It was a beautiful 70+ day here with plenty of sun. Hope your days have been good ones. Take care, smile often and stay safe. Hugs, Wendy

This has been a great day to make up some Chili with oyster crackers. Yummy in the Tummy for sure as one sees the snow fall. I do believe I shall have another cup of coffee and continue to read another chapter in a book. My what a lovely day I am having and I hope you are also. Smiles Gloria
I fell asleep at 8:30 but it was a good thing because at 3:30 this morning we had thunder and lightning in the distance. We only got 2/10" of rain but the dogs were upset just enough that there was no more sleep.
The bluebonnets are in full bloom and I was lucky enough to get a video with a big bumblebee and a smaller bee both pollinating a bluebonnet.
Things that survived the freeze are all starting to show signs of green coming out. Then there are a few like the iris above that if you miss a day looking around the yard it will be gone the next day. We do have a bit of sunshine today again but more storms are expected tonight. Now it is time for me to treat the wound with essential oils and rest up so the nerves will regenerate. Share your smile with everyone you meet.
