Yes, Pam I decorate for Halloween but still have things to put up and we do get Trick or Treaters - one year we got aboout 200 or more kiddos. Last year not that many due to the virus. I remember dressing up for Halloween several times and to a party bt don't remember getting spooked. How about you? It was 80 today - guess it's Indian Summer for us and will be in the high 70's tomorrow and might get some showers. Will be going to the American Legion tomorrow nite for a bbq platte then to the post. The gal who cooks there will be pissed as always when we don't eat there, but we are not obliged to eat there as our friends say. Oh well, she'll get over it and it gives us a change of pace from the same ole thing. Have a great Friday Pam. Good nite hugs, Wendy
We had lots of parties including several birthday parties for our Poodle. In one the local choral group came and they had all dressed up with dog collars and leashes. Not to mention the bagpiper who played while we all danced on the front lawn. We had a Halloween party where all three dogs were dressed up - the Chihuahua as a Witch, the Poodle as a Princess and the Sheltie as Count Dracula. Somewhere I have photos - I'll see if I can dig 'em out. Hugs

I'm glad to be back home and it's the best sleeping in your own bed too Pam. It wasn't bad sleeping on the pull out couch - it was nice to be able to sleep late - getting up when you want not early - he's an early riser and it was hard for him to stay in bed just till 7 am!! But we had a good time and all got along well in the camper and everyplace else we went. Plus 5 dogs - 2 little ones, 2 larger ones and our big black lab!!! But everyone of them behaved and stayed around the camper when we let them out - of course under someone's watchful eye. Rich had a doc appoint today and I went with him - stopped after for something to eat at the Italian place. Brought home leftovers so we had them for dinner. Hope you had a good week and that the rest of the week will find you in good weather - it was like 80 here and so nice and sunny without the humidity. I did get a load of towels washed today and now at this late hour, have them in the dryer. Have a good rest of the week Pam. Hugs, Wendy
Hope you are having a good afternoon. Its a nice one here. A little cool but not bad at all. My cold is almost gone but still have that cough that doesn't want to go away but it is getting better. I tried not taking my cough syrup before I went to bed last night and ended up coughing almost all night. I won't do that tonight. Need a good nights sleep. I wish you well and take care. Cheryl
