I am very happily married with my husband Tom, I have 4 adult kids, 3 sons & a daughter. My youngest son isn't married yet. I have 10 grandchildren. My eldest grandchild will be 22 this year & my youngest will be 10 this year.
I have been living in Caboolture, Queensland. Since 1999. My daughter moved up here now living in Woodford not very far from where I live. MY youngest son he moved up to Queensland not long after my daughter.
My other 2 sons they are both living in Canberra with their families.
I have 2 sisters, 1 is 10 years older than me & the other one is 7 years older. My eldest sister she moved up to Queensland 3 years after I did & they live down at the Gold Coast.
My other sister she is still in Canberra.
I am born & bred in Canberra all my life until I moved up north. I went to Ainslie Infants & Primary School then Telopea Park High School.
I worked at Dept.of Trade & Industry. Patria Printers, I studied for awhile when the kids was growing up.
I worked in several Public Services jobs.
Then I studied Special Care. Worked amongst children & Adult disabilities also Aged people until I retired.
I use to do lots of bush walking, bike riding & lots of walks around different areas.
My husband & I both enjoy travelling, going on picnics BBQ's, seeing our friends once a week gatherings sharing morning tea & lunch. Day Trips on our own also with friends. I go to church every Sunday. Sometimes we get together go on bus trips also theatres & musicals which we all love.
I enjoy being with my family & grandchildren also being altogether with my sisters & family when we get a chance.
WHAT I LIKE
Since I have matured I have found that my ideas also my likes has changed a great deal.
I like people, who respects me also other people doesn't matter who.
I enjoy being with my husband doing things together. We both enjoy going on holidays also travelling when we can.
I enjoy being with my children & grandchildren also my 2 sisters & their husbands.
I like having lots of BBQ'S when the weather is nice also lots of picnics.
I love taking photos of my family also my trips as well as days out.
WHAT I DON'T LIKE
I don't like anyone that is dishonest.
Rude people also who hasn't any respect for anyone else. Don't like people poking fun at anyone.
I don't like going on that things that is too high for me.
Don't like tail gating me when driving or being a real smart alec.
HOBBIES
I enjoy my new hobby my brand new Lap Top I got last year. Learning new things that I haven't done before.
I enjoy taking photos. Looking after Rufus my Indian Ring Neck Parrot. Also I enjoy collecting friends into my life & share things.
I use to many other things but my health has interferred but I enjoy what I am doing now.
Hi...We went out for dinner tonight and then went to the Mervyn's here that is closing. Bought lots of clothes for Chuck. I wasn't going to log on tonight but I thought I would just check to see if you were here or not! Missed ya again...story of my life lately!! LOL!! I see once again I can't leave you alone now can I, that you don't hurt yourself somehow???? Now listen here my friend, you need to be more careful of all the furniture in your pathway while walking and cleaning!! What is a girl to do with you??? I swear woman, I don't know if you are safe doing chores anymore that you don't injure some part of your body!! LOL!! I hope that you are alright....It didn't sound too good really. I bet you are sore and bruised...man that even sounds like pain to me! You need to do what you have told me to do now don't you??? Like, take care of yourself??? Ring any bells there my friend???LOL!!! Looks like I have to call in your husband here to watch you for me!!! Maybe you shouldn't be so adventurous from now on!!! I am feeling a little better now, and have some of my voice back. The doctor gave me some Antibiotic but after taking it for two days it caused diarrhea, and so I had to stop taking it!! If it is not one thing it is another!! LOL!! So, I will just wait it out for now!! I have been good and haven't been over doing it like some people I know!!! LOL!!!
