Sometimes, believe it or not, the username you choose may already be in use by someone else. Maybe make it a little more personal, such as add the year you were born or town where you live on the end. For example: lemonhead54 or lemonheadAR or lemonheadconway
Something that will be easy for you to remember. As for a password, you should be able to use whatever password you like (and again, something easy to remember).
Tutorial for Playlist
Go to www.playlist.com
Left click on "Sign Up"
Fill in each field as requested. When finished, Left click "Create new account" button at the bottom of the page.
An advertisement will usually pop up. Left click on the "No Thanks, continue to my Project Playlist account" link.
The username you chose, should automatically appear in the "Username" box. Type in the password you chose and Left click the "Log in" button.
Next, you will need to enter in the name of a song or the artist who sings it and then Left click the "Search" button. (This is the option I chose)
Next, you will Left click the circle that says "tracks" (this should automatically be checked) This will insure that it shows each song individually. IGNORE the "Exclusive on My Space" link. You won't use it on NOTH. Left click the 
button to TEST each song to confirm it works BEFORE you download it. If it works and it's the song you want, Left click the 
button to ADD it to your Playlist.
On the next page, you can either Left click the 
button or the link to create your playlist.
On the next page that pops up, you can either Left click the button or the link to ADD the song to your playlist.
Once the music track is added, you can either Left click the button or the "Continue" link if you want to add more songs. You do NOT need to add 99 songs now. You can add additional songs later and your player will automatically update on your NOTH webpage.
If you're ready to add the Player to your NOTH webpage, then Left click on "Go to my playlists"
On the next page, you will Left click on the name of YOUR playlist. (This will be whatever username you chose)
On the next page, you will Left click on the "Generate Code" link.
On the next page, you will scroll down and choose OPTION E - Get the Code for Other Social Networks.
On the next page, you will choose the Playlist you want to put on your NOTH webpage. Some people have more than one.
On the next page you need to set your OPTIONS.
For "Autostart", I chose "NO". That way, when someone opens your NOTH webpage, the music is not blasting out at them. They have the option to turn it on while viewing your page. So do you. Much more polite that way.
For "Random Shuffle", I chose "NO". This way, the songs always play in the same order you added them. You AND others, while viewing your NOTH webpage, can Left click on any song to hear it play at any time.
AFTER your choices have been made, Left click the "get code!" button.
On the next page, you will need to Copy and Paste the ENTIRE code showing in the box. (If you do not know how to Copy and Paste, let me know and I will send another Tutorial on how) LEAVE YOUR PLAYLIST PAGE OPEN IN CASE YOU NEED TO RE-COPY THE CODE.
Next, you will need to Log in to your NOTH account. Do this in a separate window (or tab if you're using Internet Explorer 7).
Once logged in, Left click on

Scroll down to your MUSIC box. FIRST Left click so that the cursor is blinking in the box
Then RIGHT CLICK in the box and select "Paste" from the pop up dialog. (Hint: You can also hit the "Control Key" and the "V" key to Paste)
Then Left click the 
button. MAKE SURE YOU LEFT CLICK THIS BUTTON OR YOUR CODE WILL NOT BE SAVED.
