hi all, i'm learning my way around this site. just wanted to share that i have done LOTS of crochet, knitting, and cross-stitching....i prefer crochet over knitting and have made many afghans, the majority of them with cross stitched patterns over top...they take a long time to do, but very rewarding when done...in past dozen years, i've made baby afghans for each of my grandchildren. that makes 11 of them and they were using various fisherman knit type patterns, but crocheted....crocheting and cross-stitch are very relaxing and rewarding to me...
