GOOD MORNING, LOVE, HUGS & BLESSINGS, Ms. LorriG, I pray YOU have a TREMENDOUSLY THIRSTY THURSDAY/HALLOWEEN, and have had a THRILLING WEEK, my friend...
Good morning. 71*/72*. Last warm day in my colony. Then the ice age. Usually lasts about 20 years where I am. Yesterday it was 81* so I went out and about, but, and there is always a but, one has to be careful of the leaves if they get wet while tooling (great word from the 1960s) around on a motorcycle. Have a good day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
Good morning. 65*/81*. This is unbelievable for this time of year in my backyard. I have been informed of the massive destruction of my wallet by the auto repair and furnace repair people. Of course the furnace broke down on a Sunday. Have a reasonable day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
Greetings. It is Monday morning. I went for the walk and it was pleasant. About 49* or something like that. I returned to the FORTRESS OF SOLITUDE. I prepared myself for a pleasant time of watching my sports talk shows only to find myself in total solitude. I have no cable, internet, nor phone service. In the last week, this has become a regular staple with the cable service. I am paying top price for the service but have not minded because the service has been good. Forget all of this. Service has just been restored. Now I await the situation with the car. By the way, they have been tied into the cable thing. I think they are on the same service. In either case, have a reasonable day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
Happy Sunday. 39*. This morning made the walk pleasant with some good conversation. I dropped my car off at the auto repair yesterday surreptitiously. Now I do not have to interact with them when they verbally trash my car. I received the bill for the furnace repair yesterday and had to be revived by medical people. Have a so-so day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
Good morning. It is 32* this morning. Steam coming out of some manhole covers. Fortunately, there was no wind. I may go to the store in a little while. The car has a loud exhaust so I have to avoid contact with cops. I am going to try to get it fixed on Monday. I shall be going to church later. Have a good day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
GOOD MORNING, LOVE, HUGS & BLESSINGS, Ms. LorriG, I pray YOU have a STEADFASTLY SENSATIONAL SATURDAY, and are having a SPLENDIFEROUS WEEKEND, my friend...
Good morning. 35* to start the day, but no wind. I am still haggling with the car situation. That can not be resolved until next week, and....... a car salesman is trying to get me to buy a car. So is life in my world. Have a good day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
GOOD MORNING, LOVE, HUGS & BLESSINGS, Ms. LorriG, I pray YOU have a TANTILLIZINGLY THIRSTY THURSDAY, and have had a TRANSFORMATIONAL WEEK, my friend...
Good morning. The last two days have been in the 80s. More than unusual for this time of year. Today will be down to 71*, and that is even warm for here. I went out yesterday and wanted to buy a new car. Failure. I was at Walmart and became embroiled in controversy with the self service, and then the service counter. Then I went to the service station for gas and the pump would not give me a receipt. More time wasted though not much. I also stopped at the Mall to become depressed at that state of affairs. I miss the bustle of the mall with all the stores. Have a good day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
Happy Sunday. 58/82* for today. Unbelievable weather. Usually, the low temps we are having are our highs for this time of year. Power outage yesterday. I think about 9 hours or something like that. I think it had to do with some type of road work though I did not find it interesting to find out. This was the longest I had ever been without power. I was forced to amuse myself by doing some yard work and doing the dishes. I ordinarily do neither. Later my back was aching but that usually only lasts an hour or so. Hamstrings, they are the same length as when a person is born and thus as you grow, they stretch. At least in the North that happens. Nothing planned for today. On my exercise this morning I had to make an emergency stop for bananas. Have a reasonable day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
Greetings. Somewhat warmer this morning. 42*. My car sounds loud. Something is wrong with the exhaust system. Probably a lot wrong with the car. I am considering buying a car to replace this one. I was hoping this would last until the end of days but, alas, it does not look like it. I went on a safari yesterday to the store on the other side of the universe. I got some things. left without others. I went later in the morning which is an oddity for this writer. I felt tested with traffic, in and out of the store. # No patience. In either case, I shall now be dwelling on the car problem. On a positive note, it was good to see Betty yesterday, though she offered no conversation. Have a reasonable day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
GOOD MORNING, LOVE, HUGS & BLESSINGS, Ms. LorriG, I pray YOU have a TANTILLIZINGLY THIRSTY THURSDAY, and are having a TRANSFORMATIONAL WEEK, my friend...
GOOD MORNING. The weather is cool this morning, 30/60*. Going to be sunny this afternoon. Right now, it's dark and 30* with the first frost. I almost felt like wearing some pants with no holes in them for the exercise this morning. Have a reasonable day. I shall try to make church today. Everything else is up in the air. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
Good morning. It felt somewhat cold this morning however, no wind made it acceptable. Tonight it will get down to 31* and that will be a challenge. Nothing planned for today as I used the men's facility and went to Walmart yesterday. I may go to church but even that will be unusual as it will be later due to treating the sick. Have a good day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
Good morning. Temps for today: 43/54. I actually saw some people with their furnaces on this morning. It is 62* in my house right now but it is going to go down since it is not going to warm up. I may surrender to winter today and turn the furnace on. I just turned it on. Have a good day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
Happy Friday. I went for an excursion yesterday with the nice weather. A lot of people were at the park with their dogs. Today may be the last really nice day for the next decade. I may have to turn the furnace on in a few days. It is supposed to get to 32* by Tuesday. When I was in school, it was believed that 32* was the temp that water would freeze if you lived in the North. I may go for a motorcycle ride today. I prefer to go on a weekday than on the weekend. The same could be said with the stores. Have a good day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
