for my left shoulder. Nothing has changed.

Still in pain.I guess i have to deal with it.

I am doing ok, I am still out of work

and on workers comp. They wont let me back to work.

It is upseting but i have to take care of me.

I am still having shoulder pain

and cannot reach and stretch and lift.

I have to go for Acupuncture treatment

and still do Theropy.

Today is a rainy day. We need rain bad.

I hope your day ids going good for you.

I hope you have a Beautiful and nice day.

You are in my prayers and i am praying for 

all that are in the path of Tornadoes.

My heart goes out to them.

If you are in bad storms please stay safe.
