I have many books which I read when I was younger.
I said to myself that I would read them again when I have been retired. Unfortunately my sight is no longer so good and I can read only the newspapers and magazines."Shivering Sands" by Victoria Holt, "Shadow Wife' by Dorothy Eden or "Never Love a Stranger" by Harold Robbins were but a few of my favorites. I translated them into Romanian (in manuscript) just for my family's sake. I offered them to my mom or grandma on their birthdays.

My favorite color is blue (333FF) but I also like red. The information you see in brackets is written by my husband (65).
When I was a little girl I used to say that green is my favorite color.

I have been married to Dan since 18th of August 1973. He worked at the Academy of Economic Studies as a professor. In October 2008 he retired. He was visiting professor in Lille.
I was a teacher in a lower secondary school before I retired in 2005.
We don't have children. We have a four-roomed flat. I moved in Bucharest when I was in high school, first I lived in a three-roomed flat but when I got married we moved in a larger one. We were five at that time in it: grannie, my parents, my husband and myself.
In 1990 my dad died, then in 1996 my mum passed to heaven. My grannie left us in 2003 at the age of 97 1/2.

I loved my Granny very much.

I lived with a Pekinese in the house until I was 17.


I also like angels because I believe in Guardian Angels.

I don't like selfish people who think only of themselves.
Snakes, spiders, watching brutal sports or movies.

My new hobby is discussing with friends on the computer, though only a year ago I didn't want to know anything about PC. I used to say I would never touch that thing.My husband taught me how to use computers but I don't know too much.
I also like to see my daily daytime dramas Y&R,
B&B, Sunset Beach.
When I have a headache I play the piano.I took private lessons for eight years. Then I played only for pleasure.
