"Our Revolution (.com) Government" Shut-down Rant to Michael Moore for Jan 30,2019 meeting Does anybody realize this Gov. shutdown's enormous length is engineered to demoralize the good people of the FBI, NSA, TSA, The Military, etc., causing them to find jobs elsewhere. All created to cause GOOD people to not want to work for this government nor work for civilian contractors that are looking for employees to do jobs in an industry that shuts down at the drop of a hat, and ESPECIALLY CALCULATED, to cause the worst hardship at times like Christmas & like winter hardship seasons. This shut down was deviously calculated to further "45's" plan with Putin to make it hard to find/hire good/intelligent people to take on a job that has anything to do with a government that can at whim & for no good reason endanger the stability, hard work, future security, & the very health/life of the family members depending on those paychecks, and they have every RIGHT to expect. This creates a huge danger to democracy if good qualified people find work elsewhere, and the government can only find unskilled workers that can't keep a job elsewhere. This blaintant, calculating, Putin devised, deviousness of the present sitting president, "45", is terrifying me & should be terrifying everyone else out there. Thank you, T P, Epsom NH.

To our treasured friends of the great & beautiful countries of Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, & Yemen. I need to take this time to express my profound apology for the unwarranted, ignorant, immature, disgusting, intolerable, sociopathic, narcissistic, unconscionable thoughts, accusations, & threats to our precious friends in those (in my opinion) erroneously targeted nations. With tears running down my face, I am appalled & humiliated that a President (I did not vote for) could have the hubris to presume to speak for me (& most of my countrymen) in such a demeaning manner to your countries & people. Please realize we the people of the U. S. A. appreciate the valued contribution your citizens have made to help make the U. S. A. as great as it has become today. I am so sorry this deplorable excuse of a human being is attacking you & yours. Please realize his sick & twisted rants/attacks are the opposite of the vast majority of the people of the U. S. A. We will continue to advance/expound the peaceful resistance across our country. Hi, friend, So glad to be back on The Hill... Wish I could get here more often. In another month I will be able to. Thank you so much for being my friend. Busy working & getting caught up on finances. Big 'puter problems, & TC worked so long & hard to get things right. God Bless Him & the Cloud8 Computer Services. I don't like W-10, loved XP. Must advance, though & take advantage of the "wonderful" advances in technology. Still have a flip phone, it does have photo. So busy, I leave it home when I leave the house, cause I need to get done what I need to do, without distraction. Have never use the camera, either.... That is also why I am here, it seems, just once a month. In June, though, I should be able to spend more time socializing. Spring here is 1-1/2 months early. I am not exagerating we are supposed to be in the low 50*s, with at least a foot of snow still... It was 75 at noon. My windows are open w/a fan blowing out, in the upper window, dragging the warm air through the house, from the open windows on the ground floor.There are more migrating song birds than since I first moved here in 1987. The bird song from so many new birds is constant. I hope they stay instead of moving further North. Beautiful to hear the constant chorus. I do feed them, just black oil sunflower & suet, they throw the other seed on the ground, to get to the most fatty food for flying energy. I have landscaped since 1987 with shrubery & perenials that are best (& recommended) for the migrating birds, & wildlife indiginous in my area of NH. I don't clean up in the Fall, so they have shelter & food all winter. When the new growth just starts, that is when I clean up the old to make way for new healthy food & shelter for the Summer, & to last thru the Winter again. It works, I have a lot of song birds all Winter, & critters coming to the heated water fountain. I love it when the deer come to get a drink. I have a swamp across the road, but fresh water is always sweet. Speaking of water my gas water heater died. Here I am in the middle of killing myself to get caught up on finances & I get slapped w/ $1000. plus, setting me back again. Just can't win for loosing, even. I'll just have to keep up the pace a little longer. It has been a beautiful Winter here. Warm & no snow. Not good for the vernal swamp/pond across the street. Almost no water & the fewest peepers ever. Our amphibians are hurting. They also are a month & 1/2 early, on April 1. I said is this an April Fool joke, I can't be hearing peepers yet. It will be an interesting Summer to see what this El Nino Winter brings. Well, the timer has gone off & I have the weekly meals & food ready for me to tend to... So good to be here rummaging around on The Hill... Stop on by any time for some hot tea & scones. Hugs TP [

“They’ve done plain lost their minds up there in Washington, D.C.,” Robinson said, shaking her head at the news that for only the third time in 40 years, there will be no increase in the cost of living allowance. The decision means that seniors, disabled veterans and federal retirees — about a fifth of the nation’s population — will not see an increase in their monthly payments. We paid in for that... it wasn't even a choice. If the politicians, just left the funds alone, instead of cannibalizing the funds for other projects, there would be so much money, that Social Security could easily keep up with the cost of living, for seniors. But with the GOP wanting/needing to pay back their PAC buddies & keeping the filthy-rich-1% happy so they can trickle down moneys to the GOP members, causing little left for the rest of us, who were the ones who actually paid it in, in the first place. All those other projects for whom the Social Security funds were cannibalized for, need to pay... it... back...now ! ! ! Thank you GOP for forcing us seniors into abject poverty. Give us the funds we worked for, & were forced to involuntarily pay into Social Security, which was raped to fund your other pet projects. They NEED to pay back those funds, back into the Social Security we need... now ! ! !

I just saw GrandMoo's POLL: "When I hear someone say something mean about a friend or relative, I...?" I watch Oprah's new shows on her new channel OWN,...And that got me to thinking about Deepak Chopra's interview. She was talking about his health views, and how some of them could be controversial. (I am a student of his & follow him verbatim, by the way) She asked him how he deals with people just tearing him apart... how does he deal with people who disagree with his holistic views and put him down... says hurtful things personally, about him. He thought for a moment... then expressed this thought... I don't pay any attention to personal negative opinions... they don't know me... it has nothing to do with me... so... "I truly believe that what other people say or think about me is none of my business." These are their thoughts and have nothing to do with who I really am. Oprah jumped in interrupting, and she made him repeat that, in disbelief. I jumped up and ran closer to the TV, in disbelief. He repeated it (you know Deepak, he talks really slowly and distinctly)... I really believe this. I don't pay any attention to personal negative opinions... they don't know me... their misdirected thoughts have nothing to do with me... so... "I truly believe that what other people say or think about me is actually none of my business." What a profound thought!!! Yes, words can hurt... If they are true, we can learn to do better, but if they are untrue... other's negative thoughts about me or someone else are none of my business. That hit me so hard, I literally felt a weight lifting off my shoulders. That, to me, is mind boggling on so many levels. That one thought has changed profoundly how I try to conduct myself. and how I try to interact with others. So, to repeat gossip to another, to intentionally hurt, since it is none of my business, is unacceptable for me to deliberately do. None of us are perfect, I can only try. It is even harder to remember, negative thoughts against me are actually "none of my business"...
