I read romance, thrillers, mysteries, science fiction . . . fiction, fiction, fiction any day over autobiographies. I want to get away from the world, especially after hearing the evening news!
Maroon or burgandy. I like dark green and dark blue, too, you know . . . like sapphire? I also love pink, and orange, and yellow, and . . . I guess I like them all. But - if I had to pick one, it would be burgandy.

ABOUT ME

I like to somtimes shock people just to see their reaction. I study, record, and analyze the whys of life. Maybe that's why I'm attracted to the metaphysical and spiritual side of life instead of politics, which I hate. I know about dreams and how to decipher them, why we are here, and exactly what we are to do. I council and help people come to grip with the loss of a loved one, be they people or pets. Life here is hard and a shoulder to cry on , or a good pair of ears can go far in helping someone. You know about "The Secret"? Well, I've been telling people that "secret" for 33 years. It's what I found when God led me to His truths. Belief in oneself goes far!
WHAT I LIKE
I love to garden and commune with nature. I have a yard the size of a football field and it's set up to accommondate as many species of birds as I can. There are chickadees (my favorite), humming birds, wrens, cardinals, blue jays, woodpeckers, finches of all types. A perigron falcon stops by, as do bunnies, woodchucks, toads, and the neighborhood cats. There are butterflies too numerous to count. Every year it's different, one spieces more populated than the other. God has His plan! Flowers are all over, both perennials and annuals. I am closest to God when I walk in my garden and view His creations.
I also study and am competent in Astrology (natal birth charts), Numerology (Hebrew based), and Tarot cards. I read and write romantic fiction for the fun of it. One day I'll get one published . . . if I want too. Right now I have fun spoiling my grandsons! I have 5. One day I'll get a granddaughter. I figure since I was the only girl among 3 brothers, God knows I can handle them boys!
The greater part of my life has been devoted to my family. Children are the future of our country. . . . of the world. To me, it was important my children had a good foundation. Whether they adhere to it or not is their choice, but at least the foundation was laid. I love them very much. I have 3, two girls and one son. Amber and Michael are 13 months apart, while there's almost 10 years between Danielle and her older siblings! Take a look below at my family (a few nieces and one nephew, too), pets included!
Note: Julian is pictured more because Sage and Vance, my son's boys, live in Florida.

I love Halloween, which is why I kept this graphic!
Christmas is a close second. I decorate around the house more for Christmas, but I love Halloween because then I can legally scare people! Boo!
WHAT I DON'T LIKE
liars, gossips, but I especially dislike people who think critcisim is the way to make people change. I don't like people who are mean to animals, disrespectful of God's world, and those who disrespect God no matter what their faith. My motto is: Faith is not a religion. It's a way of life. I also believe one should treat others as they would want to be treated. Hard to do, but I try.
Gardening, reading, writing, Astrology, Numerology, Tarot cards readings, The Bible to find God's laws and not man's, and to prove that the arts I am proficent in are not evil, but tools God left us as a means to cope here on earth. I found all the answers I needed and am content with who I am. My most favorite, favorite hobby is: spoiling my grandchildren!
So is yours. I guess I'd be Catwoman ~ only I'd prefer her to be good and not bad as I like cats! I had a cat named Isis who caught and killed a bat that got into my house. As I picked it up, I told my son: "I guess Catwoman got Batman!" We still laugh about it today! Have a great sunday and hope your week goes great!
Love,
Marianne
Hiya Marianne
I bet you've dined out on the cat/bat tale a couple of times *smiles*, and why would you not? It's a goodie, thanks for sharing. I remember reading that Catwoman started out as a simple jewel thief. As she's evolved though she's been moderated over the years, I gather, to be less mean which gives her a wider appeal and there's been a romantic link up between her and Batman, who - true, is a bit the rough diamond himself, but Catwoman is an interesting character.
Monday morning for me [sob], back to the daily grind. Back to looking forward to the weekend. Have a lovely week m'dear.
