I belong to Everyday Health; a site with suggestions, etc. for leading a healthy lifestyle as we age.
The following came across my email desk today and I just sat back and laughed!! What I want to know now is "do I have to wait until I am in my 70's or do I have to move to Sweden"? LOL Today in Healthy Aging At least that's what new Swedish research suggests. According to the study, the last quarter century has seen a dramatic rise in the frequency of sex among the 70-year-old set, whether married or unmarried.

Ok.. Some days just have to be better than others but what do you do with the ones that happen when nothing goes right; from the time you roll out of bed until the time you flop back into it?
If it isn't one thing; it is another.
And it seems like those are the days when everyone else is pulling on you too!|
I thank God that these kind of days are few and far between.
Let's face it; if you don't maintain your humorous way of looking at things you just don't get through those kinds of days !

Well, I think I have finally figured out how to post certain things in certain places and it has been pointed out to me that bulletins only go to friends ! didn't know that ! 
It is a partly sunny day here in my neck of Massachusetts, USA and when it isn't sunny it certainly is DARK. We have had some very nasty looking thunder clouds pass us by and that is ok with me.
It gave me time to finally have a good look and figure out how to get my profile up.
I am glad that it is summer and maybe I can relax a bit. Because of the heat it seems to be a slower pace anyway. For months on end last year it was topsy turvy. things need to just mellow for awhile.
I am looking forward to some time just to be a bit lazy! Until next time.....
