I have felt since the very beginning that the Swine Flu "pandemic" was to be a man-made affair. One of the historic ploys used by tyrants through the ages has been to create a "problem", wait for the public "reaction", and then swoop in with the "solution".  I find it gratifying that right after Obama declares the national emergency, CBS reports that it isn't as bad as it's made out to be. But many of us have known this all along.

 However, take it seriously that Obama declared it a national emergency. This can have far reaching implications. How many are aware of Judge Carter standing ground in order to have Obama forced into revealing his true birth certificate? If Judge Carter doesn't disappear, or isn't assassinated, or scared off, for his stand for truth and justice, and IF by some miracle Obama doesn't sign the Copenhagen Treaty in December, (he has already said he will sign it, then it's bye bye USA and hello NWO), declaring a national emergency gives Obama the power to call martial law. When that happens, the chances of foreign troops being brought onto our soil is possible and highly likely. Obama is aware that much of our own law enforcement and military, will refuse to act against the American people. (Thank God for Oath Keepers)! So we aren't out of the woods yet. Forced vaccinations are still possible. Martial law being declared is as well.

Here are remarks by Dr, Mercola. (If you are not familiar with his website, he along with many others are speaking out on the fraud of the swine flu "pandemic" and the toxicity of the vaccine. Natural News and Alliance for Health Freedom are a couple more sites that come to mind as I write this.)

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) states on their main flu Web site http://www.cdc.gov/flu/ that flu activity is increasing in the United States, with most states reporting "widespread influenza activity."

The CDC goes on to say, and I quote:

"So far, most flu is 2009 H1N1 flu (sometimes called "swine flu")."

But wait stop the presses.

A three-month-long investigation by CBS News, released earlier this week that  included state-by-state test results, revealed some very different facts. The CBS study found that H1N1 flu cases are NOT as prevalent as feared. A CBS article even states:

"If you've been diagnosed "probable" or "presumed" 2009 H1N1 or "swine flu" in recent months, you may be surprised to know this: odds are you didn't have H1N1 flu. In fact, you probably didn't have flu at all."

Obviously CBS News and the CDC are completely contradicting each other. So who is right?

Well, CBS reports that in late July 2009 the CDC advised states to STOP testing for H1N1 flu, and they also stopped counting individual cases.

Their rationale for this, according to CBS News, was that it was a waste of resources to test for H1N1 flu because it was already confirmed as an epidemic.

So just like that virtually every person who visited their physician with flu-like symptoms since late July was assumed to have H1N1, with no testing necessary because, after all, there's an epidemic.

It's interesting to note that at the same time as the CDC decided the H1N1 epidemic warranted no further testing for cases due to its epidemic status, Finnish health authorities actually downgraded the threat of swine flu.

In late July the health ministry and the National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) in Finland actually removed swine flu from a list of diseases considered dangerous to the public because the majority of cases recovered without medication or hospital care!

And, as the CDC continues to use fear to motivate and control Americans with their worst-case swine flu scenarios, they say nothing of the experience of those in the southern hemisphere, which just finished their flu season and found it was not as bad as expected.

CBS News Finds H1N1 Tests "Overwhelmingly Negative"

Before beginning their investigation, CBS News asked the CDC for state-by-state test results prior to their halting of testing and tracking. The CDC did not initially respond so CBS went to all 50 states directly, asking for their statistics on state lab-confirmed H1N1 prior to the halt of individual testing and counting in July.

What did they find? CBS reported:

"The results reveal a pattern that surprised a number of health care professionals we consulted. The vast majority of cases were negative for H1N1 as well as seasonal flu, despite the fact that many states were specifically testing patients deemed to be most likely to have H1N1 flu, based on symptoms and risk factors, such as travel to Mexico."

As you can see from this CBS News graphic, not only are most cases of suspected flu-like illnesses not H1N1, they're not even the flu but more likely some type of cold or upper respiratory infection!

Where is the CDC Getting Their Data?

Given CBS News' findings that most cases of flu-like illnesses are neither H1N1 nor the flu, it begs the question: Why is the CDC reporting that most flu in the United States is in fact H1N1?

Barbara Loe Fisher, founder of the National Vaccine Information Center who I spoke with in the interview above, was a consumer representative on the FDA Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee in 2003, and she asked the head of the influenza branch of the CDC how much of the flu-like illness that occurs in America every year is actually due to the flu.

The answer was about 20 percent, which corresponds more closely with the CBS News data from 2009.

According to the CBS News study, when you come down with chills, fever, cough, runny nose, malaise and all those other "flu-like" symptoms, the illness is likely caused by influenza at most 17 percent of the time and as little as 3 percent! The other 83 to 97 percent of the time it's caused by other viruses or bacteria.

So remember that not every illness that appears to be the flu actually is the flu. In fact, most of the time it's not.

Curiously, the CDC still advises those who were told they had 2009 H1N1 (and therefore should be immune to getting it again) to get vaccinated unless they had lab confirmation.

Is the CDC Purposely Misinforming the Public to Sell More Flu and H1N1 Vaccines?

Conflicts of interest are rampant in the vaccination infrastructure. The same people who are regulating and promoting vaccines are also evaluating vaccine safety.

For instance, Dr. Paul Offit of the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia earned at least $29 million as part of a $182-million sale by the hospital of its worldwide royalty interest in the Merck Rotateq vaccine. He also formerly sat on the CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) to help create the market for rotavirus vaccine

This type of conflict of interest has been going on for some time.

In August 1999, the Committee on Government Reform initiated an investigation into Federal vaccine policy. During the investigation the Committee extensively reviewed financial disclosure forms and related documents and interviewed key officials from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the CDC.

It was revealed that many individuals on two key advisory committees had financial ties to pharmaceutical companies that manufacture vaccines. These individuals were even granted waivers allowing them to fully participate in discussions about vaccine licensing and recommendations for children, despite the fact that federal law states members of advisory committees are required to disclose such ties and recuse themselves from such discussions and decisions.

Further, the investigation revealed that the FDA's and CDC's conflict of interest rules were not strongly enforced while the rules themselves were weak. Specific problems noted by the Committee included:

• The CDC routinely granted waivers from conflict of interest rules to many members of its advisory committee.
• Those CDC advisory committee members who were not allowed to vote on certain recommendations due to financial conflicts of interest were still allowed to actively participate in committee deliberations and advocate specific positions.
• The Chairman of the CDC's advisory committee owned 600 shares of stock in Merck, a pharmaceutical company with an active vaccine division.
• Members of the CDC's advisory committee often left key details out of their financial disclosure statements, and were not required to provide the missing information by CDC ethics officials.

And, when the FDA and CDC approved the controversial rotavirus vaccine in 1998 and 1999, the Committee's report said:

• 3 out of the 5 FDA advisory committee members who voted to approve the rotavirus vaccine in December 1997 had financial ties to the pharmaceutical companies that were developing different versions of the vaccine.
• 4 out of the 8 CDC advisory committee members who voted to approve guidelines for the rotavirus vaccine in June 1998 had financial ties to pharmaceutical companies that were developing different versions of the vaccine.

The rotavirus vaccine was pulled from the market one year after approval, after it was found to cause severe bowel obstructions.

Given their sordid history, can the CDC really be trusted, even today? Do you think that much has changed in just one decade?

Is the H1N1 Vaccine Really Safe as the CDC Says it Is?

CDC officials are screaming that H1N1 is so different from the seasonal influenza strains that have circulated in the past few decades that a national alarm must be sounded and everyone needs to be so afraid that we all should get vaccinated to prevent a deadly pandemic.

Yet, they say the new H1N1 vaccine is safe based on vaccines for that very same flu strain from which it is so different. They write on their Web site "the 2009 H1N1 influenza vaccines are expected to have similar safety profiles as seasonal flu vaccines ..."

Another contradiction.

While symptoms of H1N1 flu and seasonal flu are virtually identical, the H1N1 vaccine is showing signs of being quite different from the seasonal flu shot.

Although both are produced using antiquated 50-year-old technology that involves injecting the virus into eggs and allowing it to grow, the virus being used to produce the swine flu vaccine has been found to reproduce much more slowly in eggs than the ordinary flu virus.

And according to a separate CBS News report, the U.S. government is now funding newer unprecedented technologies to speed up vaccine production, including one that involves growing the virus inside animal cells and another that involves flu proteins grown inside insect cells.

The risks of these, and the current fast-tracked swine flu vaccine, are truly unknown at this time.

There is NO Incentive for the CDC or Vaccine Manufacturers to Care About Safety

You may think that the CDC and the vaccine manufacturers must be concerned about safety, as if they released a dangerous vaccine and promoted it to the American public, imagine the lawsuits they would face.

This is actually no longer reality as the U.S. government has granted vaccine makers total legal immunity from any lawsuits that result from the new swine flu vaccine.

In fact, drug manufacturers got a major boost in protection and were granted unprecedented powers to experiment on the population with the passing of the 2006 Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (the PREP Act).

This law allows the DHHS Secretary to invoke almost complete immunity from liability for manufacturers of vaccines and drugs used to combat a declared public health emergency, which the "swine flu pandemic" qualifies as.

The PREP Act removes your right to a trial jury unless you can provide clear evidence of willful misconduct that resulted in death or serious physical injury. But that's not all. First you must apply for and be granted permission to sue by the DHHS Secretary.

The most problematic aspect of the PREP Act is that it removes all financial incentive to make a safe product.

In fact, vaccine makers now have a negative incentive to test it for safety, because if they are aware of problems, then they could potentially be held liable for willful misconduct!

As long as they can prove they "didn't know" of any problem, they will not be liable for damages. Hence it's in their best interest to know as little as possible about the adverse reactions it might cause.

It seems unimaginable, but you and your children are now being enlisted as an unpaid human trial subjects for experimental, fast-tracked vaccines like the swine flu vaccine.

Even if They Were Effective or Safe, Most Vaccines Will Come Too Late

Recent national polls have revealed that 30 percent to 50 percent in many communities are not planning to get a swine flu shot ... but there are many who are still ready to stand in line.

But I wanted to share one final detail, and that is a new study just released by Purdue University researchers and published in the journal Eurosurveillance.

The researchers found that at this point in time any vaccinations that are given in the United States will likely have little effect on the number of infections. The researchers state:

"The model predicts that there will be a significant wave in autumn, with 63% of the population being infected, and that this wave will peak so early that the planned CDC vaccination campaign will likely not have a large effect on the total number of people ultimately infected by the pandemic H1N1 influenza virus."

In other words, infections are predicted to peak in late October (now) and by the end of the year it's estimated that 63 percent of the U.S. population will have been infected with H1N1 swine flu.

What does this mean? By the end of the year the majority of the U.S. population will have likely acquired natural immunity.

Natural immunity is what you gain when you recover from influenza and natural immunity is what is protecting older Americans, who have recovered from exposure to H1N1 strains of influenza in the past and are therefore less susceptible today.

This new revelation, coupled with CBS News' finding that swine flu cases are already being greatly overestimated ... and the fact that vaccines do not offer long-term immunity anyway ... and the questionable motives behind CDC's massive vaccination campaign ... puts an entirely different slant on the swine flu "epidemic," don't you think?

If you are still concerned about the swine flu, you should know that it is relatively easy to improve your immune response to fight this infection. If 99.9% of the people are not having any serious complications from H1N1, it would seem perfectly rational to believe that minor lifestyle changes could have dramatic effects on fighting this infection, and none of these involve taking potentially dangerous and unproven vaccine interventions.

Simple Measures That Can Help You Fight Illness

• Vitamin D has been well documented to increase the production of over 200 anti microbial peptides that fight infection.
• Eliminate sugar from your diet as that will impair your immune response
• Get plenty of rest
• Exercise appropriately

I urge you to read the below story. And you better believe I will be following this issue very closely. There is a link at the end for you to click to contact your Congressman. The link takes you to USA.gov and there you can click on State Representatives, and it will take you to a page where you can find your Congressman if you don't already know who that is. DO IT!!!! In following a lot of issues that are going on right now, I have no doubt that this won't happen and will if WE do not stand together and stop it dead in it's tracks!!!!!! On October 14, Lord Christopher Monckton, a noted climate change skeptic, gave a presentation at Bethel University in St. Paul, MN. In this 4 minute excerpt from his speech, he issues a dire warning to all Americans regarding the United Nations Climate Change Treaty, scheduled to be signed in Copenhagen in December 2009.

Lord Monckton served as a policy adviser to Margaret Thatcher. He has repeatedly challenged Al Gore to a debate, which Gore has refused. Monckton sued to stop Gore's film "An Inconvenient Truth" from being shown in British schools due to its inaccuracies. The judge found in favor of Monckton, ordering 9 serious errors in the film to be corrected. Lord Monckton travels internationally in an attempt to educate the public about the myth of global warming.

The Minnesota Free Market Institute hosted an event at Bethel University in St. Paul on Wednesday evening. Keynote speaker Lord Christopher Monckton, former science adviser to British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, gave a scathing and lengthy presentation, complete with detailed charts, graphs, facts, and figures which culminated in the utter decimation of both the pop culture concept of global warming and the credible threat of any significant anthropomorphic climate change.

A detailed summary of Monckton’s presentation will be available here once compiled. However, a segment of his remarks justify immediate publication. If credible, the concern Monckton speaks to may well prove the single most important issue facing the American nation, bigger than health care, bigger than cap and trade, and worth every citizen’s focused attention.

Here were Monckton’s closing remarks, as dictated from my audio recording:

At [the 2009 United Nations Climate Change Conference in] Copenhagen, this December, weeks away, a treaty will be signed. Your president will sign it. Most of the third world countries will sign it, because they think they’re going to get money out of it. Most of the left-wing regime from the European Union will rubber stamp it. Virtually nobody won’t sign it.

I read that treaty. And what it says is this, that a world government is going to be created. The word “government” actually appears as the first of three purposes of the new entity. The second purpose is the transfer of wealth from the countries of the West to third world countries, in satisfication of what is called, coyly, “climate debt” – because we’ve been burning CO2 and they haven’t. We’ve been screwing up the climate and they haven’t. And the third purpose of this new entity, this government, is enforcement.

How many of you think that the word “election” or “democracy” or “vote” or “ballot” occurs anywhere in the 200 pages of that treaty? Quite right, it doesn’t appear once. So, at last, the communists who piled out of the Berlin Wall and into the environmental movement, who took over Greenpeace so that my friends who funded it left within a year, because [the communists] captured it – Now the apotheosis as at hand. They are about to impose a communist world government on the world. You have a president who has very strong sympathies with that point of view. He’s going to sign it. He’ll sign anything. He’s a Nobel Peace Prize [winner]; of course he’ll sign it.

[laughter]

And the trouble is this; if that treaty is signed, your Constitution says that it takes precedence over your Constitution, and you can’t resign from that treaty unless you get agreement from all the other state parties – And because you’ll be the biggest paying country, they’re not going to let you out of it.

So, thank you, America. You were the beacon of freedom to the world. It is a privilege merely to stand on this soil of freedom while it is still free. But, in the next few weeks, unless you stop it, your president will sign your freedom, your democracy, and your humanity away forever. And neither you nor any subsequent government you may elect will have any power whatsoever to take it back. That is how serious it is. I’ve read the treaty. I’ve seen this stuff about government and climate debt and enforcement. They are going to do this to you whether you like it or not.

But I think it is here, here in your great nation, which I so love and I so admire – it is here that perhaps, at this eleventh hour, at the fifty-ninth minute and fifty-ninth second, you will rise up and you will stop your president from signing that dreadful treaty, that purposeless treaty. For there is no problem with climate and, even if there were, an economic treaty does nothing to it.

So I end by saying to you the words that Winston Churchill addressed to your president in the darkest hour before the dawn of freedom in the Second World War. He quoted from your great poet Longfellow:

Sail on, O Ship of State!
Sail on, O Union, strong and great!
Humanity with all its fears,
With all the hopes of future years,
Is hanging breathless on thy fate!

Lord Monckton received a standing ovation and took a series of questions from members of the audience. Among those questions were these relevent to the forthcoming Copenhagen treaty:

Question: The current administration and the Democratic majority in Congress has shown little regard for the will of the people. They’re trying to pass a serious government agenda, and serious taxation and burdens on future generations. And there seems to be little to stop them. How do you propose we stop Obama from doing this, because I see no way to stop him from signing anything in Copenhagen. I believe that’s his agenda and he’ll do it.

Response: I don’t minimize the difficulty. But on this subject – I don’t really do politics, because it’s not right. In the end, your politics is for you. The correct procedure is for you to get onto your representatives, both in the US Senate where the bill has yet to go through (you can try and stop that) and in [the House], and get them to demand their right of audience (which they all have) with the president and tell him about this treaty. There are many very powerful people in this room, wealthy people, influential people. Get onto the media, tell them about this treaty. If they go to www.wattsupwiththat.com, they will find (if they look carefully enough) a copy of that treaty, because I arranged for it to be posted there not so long ago. Let them read it, and let the press tell the people that their democracy is about to be taken away for no good purpose, at least [with] no scientific basis [in reference to climate change]. Tell the press to say this. Tell the press to say that, even if there is a problem [with climate change], you don’t want your democracy taken away. It really is as simple as that.

Question: Is it really irrevocable if that treaty is signed? Suppose it’s signed by someone who does not have the authority, as I – I have some, a high degree of skepticism that we do have a valid president there because I know at least one judge who shares your opinion, sir, yes.

I don’t believe it until I see it. … Would [Obama's potential illegitimacy as president] give us a reasonable cause to nullify whatever treaty that he does sign as president?

Response: I would be very careful not to rely on things like that. Although there is a certain amount of doubt whether or not he was born in Hawaii, my fear is it would be very difficult to prove he wasn’t born in Hawaii and therefore we might not be able to get anywhere with that. Besides, once he’s signed that treaty, whether or not he signed it validly, once he’s signed it and ratified it – your Senate ratifies it – you’re bound by it. But I will say one thing; they know, in the White House, that they won’t be able to get the 67 votes in the Senate, the two-thirds majority that your Constitution has stipulated must be achieved in order to ratify a treaty of this kind. However, what they’ve worked out is this – and they actually let it slip during the election campaign, which is how I know about it. They plan to enact that Copenhagen treaty into legislation by a simple majority of both houses. That they can do. But the virtue of that – and here you have a point – is that is, thank God, reversible. So I want you to pray tonight, and pray hard for your Senate that they utterly refuse to ratify the [new] Treaty of Copenhagen, because if they refuse to ratify it and [Obama] has to push it through as domestic legislation, you can repeal it.

Regardless of whether global warming is taking place or caused to any degree by human activity, we do not want a global government empowered to tax Americans without elected representation or anything analogous to constitutional protections. The Founding Fathers would roll over in their graves if they knew their progeny allowed a foreign power such authority, effectively undoing their every effort in an act of Anti-American Revolution. If that is our imminent course, we need to put all else on hold and focus on stopping it. If American sovereignty is ceded, all other debate is irrelevant.

Skimming through the treaty, I came across verification of Monckton’s assessment of the new entity’s purpose:

38. The scheme for the new institutional arrangement under the Convention will be based on three basic pillars: government; facilitative mechanism; and financial mechanism, and the basic organization of which will include the following:

World Government (heading added)
(a) The government will be ruled by the COP with the support of a new subsidiary body on adaptation, and of an Executive Board responsible for the management of the new funds and the related facilitative processes and bodies. The current Convention secretariat will operate as such, as appropriate.

To Redistribute Wealth (heading added)
b) The Convention’s financial mechanism will include a multilateral climate change fund including five windows (a) an Adaptation window, (b) a Compensation window, to address loss and damage from climate change impacts [read: the "climate debt" Monckton refers to], including insurance, rehabilitation and compensatory components, © a Technology window; (d) a Mitigation window; and (e) a REDD window, to support a multi-phases process for positive forest incentives relating to REDD actions.

With Enforcement Authority (heading added)
© The Convention’s facilitative mechanism will include (a) work programmes for adaptation and mitigation; (b) a long-term REDD process; © a short-term technology action plan; (d) an expert group on adaptation established by the subsidiary body on adaptation, and expert groups on mitigation, technologies and on monitoring, reporting and verification; and (e) an international registry for the monitoring, reporting and verification of compliance of emission reduction commitments, and the transfer of technical and financial resources from developed countries to developing countries. The secretariat will provide technical and administrative support, including a new centre for information exchange [read; enforcement].

Media figures falsely claim anti-Obama hit piece produced by newspaper Pravda

On June 1, several media figures falsely claimed that an April 27 opinion piece attacking President Obama for instigating an "American decent [sic] into Marxism" was the product of the Russian newspaper Pravda. In fact, the piece, written by blogger Stanislav Mishin, was published on the Russian website PRAVDA On-line, a separate media outlet that routinely features sensationalistic stories.

The piece was originally published on April 1 as a post on Mishin's blog, Mat Rodina.

CNN's Jack Cafferty claimed that the piece was published by "the online edition of the Russian news agency Pravda," while Rush Limbaugh stated that it was the product of the "English-language version of Pravda, the state-run media in the old Soviet Union." In fact, as its website itself makes clear, PRAVDA On-line is not affiliated with either the current newspaper Pravda or the version published "in the old Soviet Union." Rather, PRAVDA On-line's "About" page states that the original newspaper Pravda was "a publication of the Communist Party, and, as such, it became a state-owned newspaper" until it was shut down by the government in 1991. True, the situation has been well prepared on and off for the past century, especially the past twenty years. The initial testing grounds was conducted upon our Holy Russia and a bloody test it was. But we Russians would not just roll over and give up our freedoms and our souls, no matter how much money Wall Street poured into the fists of the Marxists.

Those lessons were taken and used to properly prepare the American populace for the surrender of their freedoms and souls, to the whims of their elites and betters.

First, the population was dumbed down through a politicized and substandard education system based on pop culture, rather then the classics. Americans know more about their favorite TV dramas then the drama in DC that directly affects their lives. They care more for their "right" to choke down a McDonalds burger or a BurgerKing burger than for their constitutional rights. Then they turn around and lecture us about our rights and about our "democracy". Pride blind the foolish.

Then their faith in God was destroyed, until their churches, all tens of thousands of different "branches and denominations" were for the most part little more then Sunday circuses and their televangelists and top protestant mega preachers were more then happy to sell out their souls and flocks to be on the "winning" side of one pseudo Marxist politician or another. Their flocks may complain, but when explained that they would be on the "winning" side, their flocks were ever so quick to reject Christ in hopes for earthly power. Even our Holy Orthodox churches are scandalously liberalized in America.

The final collapse has come with the election of Barack Obama. His speed in the past three months has been truly impressive. His spending and money printing has been a record setting, not just in America's short history but in the world. If this keeps up for more then another year, and there is no sign that it will not, America at best will resemble the Wiemar Republic and at worst Zimbabwe.

These past two weeks have been the most breath taking of all. First came the announcement of a planned redesign of the American Byzantine tax system, by the very thieves who used it to bankroll their thefts, loses and swindles of hundreds of billions of dollars. These make our Russian oligarchs look little more then ordinary street thugs, in comparison. Yes, the Americans have beat our own thieves in the shear volumes. Should we congratulate them?

These men, of course, are not an elected panel but made up of appointees picked from the very financial oligarchs and their henchmen who are now gorging themselves on trillions of American dollars, in one bailout after another. They are also usurping the rights, duties and powers of the American congress (parliament). Again, congress has put up little more then a whimper to their masters.

Then came Barack Obama's command that GM's (General Motor) president step down from leadership of his company. That is correct, dear reader, in the land of "pure" free markets, the American president now has the power, the self given power, to fire CEOs and we can assume other employees of private companies, at will. Come hither, go dither, the centurion commands his minions.

So it should be no surprise, that the American president has followed this up with a "bold" move of declaring that he and another group of unelected, chosen stooges will now redesign the entire automotive industry and will even be the guarantee of automobile policies. I am sure that if given the chance, they would happily try and redesign it for the whole of the world, too. Prime Minister Putin, less then two months ago, warned Obama and UK's Blair, not to follow the path to Marxism, it only leads to disaster. Apparently, even though we suffered 70 years of this Western sponsored horror show, we know nothing, as foolish, drunken Russians, so let our "wise" Anglo-Saxon fools find out the folly of their own pride.

Again, the American public has taken this with barely a whimper...but a "freeman" whimper.

So, should it be any surprise to discover that the Democratically controlled Congress of America is working on passing a new regulation that would give the American Treasury department the power to set "fair" maximum salaries, evaluate performance and control how private companies give out pay raises and bonuses? Senator Barney Franks, a social pervert basking in his homosexuality (of course, amongst the modern, enlightened American societal norm, as well as that of the general West, homosexuality is not only not a looked down upon life choice, but is often praised as a virtue) and his Marxist enlightenment, has led this effort. He stresses that this only affects companies that receive government monies, but it is retroactive and taken to a logical extreme, this would include any company or industry that has ever received a tax break or incentive.

The Russian owners of American companies and industries should look thoughtfully at this and the option of closing their facilities down and fleeing the land of the Red as fast as possible. In other words, divest while there is still value left.

The proud American will go down into his slavery with out a fight, beating his chest and proclaiming to the world, how free he really is. The world will only snicker.

Later today, my son Gene is being deployed for Iraq. So many emotions, and not a little fear. I found myself reflecting back to when he was a small boy. Even then he wanted to be a policeman, then later that changed to being in the Army. That part never did change. He has grown into a fine young man, with good Christian values, and an unshakable faith. For that alone, I am forever immensly proud.

I posted a song done by Susan Wiseman, called, "I Can't Wait Til You Come Home To Me". A touching song written from a Mother's perspective, as her son leaves for military duty overseas. I dedicate it to my son, and you better believe I too will be on my knees on his behalf.

If you haven't said a pryaer today for our military, would you please do so now? May they all come home safe!

It's been some time since I have posted here, and I really hate that. I wish I were independantly wealthy so I could devote more time to blogging and being active in taking back this country.

We have had so much rain this Spring, that I was wishing, (just a wee bit), that God would allow some dry time to get the plants and seeds into the garden. God did just that. But now that everything is in, there is not a cloud in the sky for the past two days, and it would be really really nice and convenient if it would rain a couple of days. Are we humans ever satisified? LOL In truth I am so grateful for the abundant daily blessings we enjoy. While we may not live in complete freedom in this country, (for now), I try to be thankful for every blessing on a daily basis.

This weekend my middle son, Gene, was able to come in for the weekend before he deploys to Iraq. Tonight I had to take him back to the airport for his trip back to Ft. Hood. Sigh. I am so proud of him, and I have always encouraged the military service. I feel my children are in no more harm's way than they are driving down the freeway. But how ironic, that while they are going overseas to fight for freedom, we are losing it right here on American soil. I so wish we would get out of all the other countries we are meddling in, and take care of our own. But I digress.

Itty bitty seedlings! What a joy to behold when those small seeds finally germinate and show the promise of abundance to come. It never ceases to amaze me that God put all that DNA into that tiny seed that will grow into that large tomato plant or melon or squash or corn, and give us so much in return.Is that not the most amazing thing when you stop to think about it? Everything we planted this year was all heirloom quality and origin. No hybrids here! I get a new thrill every year. By now you would think I would "grow up" and take it for granted. But nopers. Each year, each Spring, gives me new joy and wonder. I hope I never grow up LOL.

Sigh. Why must we adults still sometimes have to eat our words? LOL In my last blog, I spoke out about the NRA being a sell out to our gun rights. Hmm. Maybe. But in going again to the NRA site and catching up, I fail to see where they have sold us out as gun owners. Yes there are laws on the books that affect gun carrying rights. Laws that should not be there. But they aren't because the NRA didn't try. I went back and researched some history. So now, (and I don't mean to sound as though I am waffling), I am wondering if i was too hasty in my judgement of the NRA.

i would really appreciate some feed back on anyone here on the hill who is a member of the NRA. What say ye? No one is perfect, nor is any organization. There will be things we disagree on. Even our forefathers had plenty of arguments amongst themselves. it's okay. Really.

How many of you have bothered to start digging into what is going on with our country? Anyone gone to You Tube and started listening the the free classes by Michael Badnerik on our Constitution? His 8 hours class is divided up into 42 videos. Each only a few minutes long. Listen at your leisure. I downloaded the free utility, You Tube Downloader", downloaded all 42 of 'em! Then converted them with the same program into WMA files and trasferred them to my mp3 player. They are wonderful to listen to again and again as I hear more each time. Yes. It's time to get serious about learning. There is an excellent video by Arron Russo before he died. Freedom To Facsism. it is excellent. One of my favorites is "The Obama Deception". All of this will be hard hitting. And if none of this wakes you up, then what else can i say?

BTW, the constitution videos are very interesting and not at all boring. I challenge you to listen to the first ten. If you haven't had your socks knocked off by then, then indeed you have a heart of stone. But I bet you have plans to celebrate on the 4th of July! Cookouts, fireworks,.... and for what? Just an excuse to "party"? Shame on you. What is the 4th of July? Why do we celebrate it? The answer will surprise you. But I ain't telling. Go learn for yourself. Then wake up and get on board to take this country back. Before it's too late.

I have been re-learning, or should I say learning for the first time, our country's history. Most of what I have been rapidly absorbing these last few months were never in my textbook at school. Sure we "learned" about the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. At no time can i ever remember a teacher guiding us on how many freedoms had been lost and more were being taken daily. Certainly no one ever dared teach us that the IRS was in fact unconstitutional, and that the 16th amendment had never been ratified by any state!!!! Certainly no one explained about a central banking system, ruled by powers outside of the United States, that was ordering our very lives, was also unconstitutional. And no one ever clarified just what was meant by a person being sovereign? How about a state being sovereign? What exactly did that mean? How did it affect my freedoms? Do we still live under the constitution? If you haven't wondered about these things, or even worse, if you have accepted that the taxes we pay are necessary, that you can have your property taken away from you without due process, and if you have never questioned why things have evolved into the current state of affairs, you need to. NOW! Knowledge is power. People we have been dumbed down by our school books, the liberal media, and by our own lethargy!

I have added some banners on my home page that I hope you will take time to check out. Reserve some time, as this won't be a "quickie". I guarantee, that most of you will be shocked. Some of you will even blow it off, thinking that I and others like me are a bunch of kooks. We are not. This is very real, this is very serious, and it can't be more important for people to learn and jump on board, than it is right NOW!

For years I have supported the NRA. Imagine my skepticism when I recently learned that the NRA is selling out gun owners and the second amendment. WHAT?! Ironically enough, after a few years of not being able to afford the yearly membership, I had just made a check out to the NRA. It was stamped and ready to be mailed. But I forget it the other morning as I was leaving for work, and it didn't get mailed. When I first read of a criticism against the NRA, I too thought someone was way off in left field. But it got me wondering. So I started digging. Man oh man I was not prepared for what I would find. It wasn't just a few "kooks" who were confirming what I hoped was not true. There was reams of information, very valid information, that taught me that the NRA was not who I thought they were. My experience with that, will be very much like your experience is going to be when you start digging into how this country was founded, and what you have been led to believe about our current state of affairs, being two very different things.

(I did however, find out that there very much is an organization that really does put The Second Amendment and gun owner rights as the basis for all they do on our behalf. It's called Gun Owners Of America, and I hope you will join me there in membership).

My mind is still reeling as I keep learning and slowly digesting the fact that this country is going under. Financially we are in a depression, and it will get worse before it gets better. If you haven't figured it out yet, people who are smart will be stockpiling food and water and other necessities. Buying gold and silver if you can afford it is also very wise. As people get hungrier from the rife unemployment, they will get meaner. It's highly likely we will each have to defend what is ours. Are you ready? Are you prepared for a worse case scenario? Please don't blow me off. Please take time to investiagte for yourself. What have you got to lose? What does it hurt to make sure you and yours will be good to go in case things get really ugly. and if I am wrong and things don't get dire in the coming months, what have you lost? Food prices will only continue to rise. The cost of utilities will only increase. By buying reserves of food and water, you will save money in the long run, even if you find the worst doesn't happen. All you stand to lose is ignorance of what's coming. Being forewarned is being forearmed.

Hello! I know I don't blog very much here,....maybe it's because of my other sites, and truth to tell, working full time and family responsibilites, don't leave much to play with LOL.

But I am interested in knowing whether anyone here shares my passion for heirloom seeds? If you do, then chances are high that you are informed on the issues of GMO crops and their dangers. I recently ordered my seeds for the vegetable garden this year from an online site called rareseeds.com. They also produce a catalog for anyone wishing to receive it. In looking through the catalog, I couldn't help but be amazed at the terrific variety they offered from across the globe in a wide genre of vegetables and fruits. Except for corn. I didn't actually count, but off the top of my head, I would say they only offered 6 varieties. On the page they explained why. It is getting harder and harder for them to find non GMO strains of corn!!!!!

This is getting really scary! To think that companies like Monsanto can actually wipe out, for all time. heirloom strains of vegetables, in order to dominate the world's food supply. If you are reading this, and don't have a clue about GMO, Monsanto, or why GMO foods are dangerous and against our health, you owe it to yourself and your loved ones to start becoming informed on this subject. Simply Google your query. There is a wealth of information out there, done by people who know very well the dangers and risks. One of my favorite websites is Millions Against Monsanto. You Tube also carries lots of videos on this very subject.

And don't think that because you may not have a garden or space for one, that this doesn't affect you. ALL of us eat! LOL Including non-gardeners. How do you feel about eating food that can jeopardize your health? Your children? Your friends and neighbors?

Or how about if you are just an environmentally concious person? Do you realize what is being done in poisoning our planet daily in the guise of GMO crops? In a nutshell here is what they do. They engineer a seed to be Round-Up resistant. You know the stuff. The super weed killer marketed for many years now to kill weeds and unwanted plants. Then they talk a farmer into buying their seeds. They tell the farmer that they can plant a whole field of crop, and use Round-Up frequently to control weeds, yet it won't hurt their crop and they will have bigger yields and profits. Sounds good right? The Round-Up use is increased, which increases toxicity in the soil and water tables. It also increases the level of toxicity in the food being grown, intended for human consumption. But it doesn't stop there. These same seeds have also been engineered to be sterile on the second generation. Farmers have traditionally been able to save seed from this year's crop, to replant for next year. They can't do that now. Instead they have to re-buy their seed again from Monsanto the next year. (Are you seeing the money trail yet?) On top of all that, in case some viable seed does make it to a nearby farmer's field who hasn't purchased seed from Monsanto, Monsanto sues that farmer for having their seed without paying for it!!!!! How insane is that? The farmer who didn't do business with Monsanto now has tainted food.And being sued for the "priviledge". Once the GMO seed has been planted and spread by the wind, there is no going back. If all that wasn't bad enough, now weeds are becoming adapted to the Round-Up and we are starting to see super weeds, impervious to any herbicide. Even in countries that have banned the import of GMO seeds, it's still showing up there!!!! The natives in Mexico who have traditionally grown a wide variety of corn, now are showing increasing numbers of tainted corn crops that are unfit for harvest. There is an excellent video of what these plants look like on You Tube. It is ruining many of them. Once there are no pure heirloom seeds left, corn will cease to exist except in genetically modified form. Do you live near a farmer who uses GMO seeds? How do you know? If you garden, can you do so with the assurance that it cannot possibly be contaminated? These are important questions and many people need to get on board with this now.

It's been a while since I followed up on the story of cotton growers in India. Many Indian farmers were seduced by the promise of higher yields and profits by planting Monsanto GMO cotton seed. Not only did they not get the bigger yield, what they did grow was unfit for re-sale. The fibers were substandard and unfit for sale. It drove many to complete bankruptcy and at least 100 committed suicide. The numbers of suicides may have grown since I last followed it.

You don't have to be a major military power to control the world. Just control the food supply and you are an unstoppable king of all you survey! The truly ironic thing, is the food will be unfit to sustain healthy living. So what are you waiting for? Get on board now and help to stop this in any way you can. Become an activist, learn and teach others. Only then can we stop this behemoth in it's tracks for good. And by the way, I forgot to mention that we have many in government who are encouraging and aiding the very ones doing this by passing all kinds of laws to benefit them. Many of them have financial ties to the GMO company Monsanto and others of their kind. There is always a money trail to follow when learning about evil deeds. And to further whet your appetite for learning about Monsanto's history and current endeavors, can you say Agent Orange?
