2014*5*17 Saturday... EMOM'S MOUNTAIN NEWS

Welcome home, dear hearts, welcome home. Well, let me tell you that yesterday was a day full of puter frustrations... Hours I worked on this critter to try to get it to work for more than a minute or so... G'cutter was out to mow and do some outside work while I tried to get to our local Topix. Guess what didn't happen. Came within an ace of throwing laptop thru front window... Sheesh I worked non-stop for hours and it only seemed to get worse.... Have I mentioned I am UNHAPPY with IE? Oh yeah!

Was a beautiful day outside... coolish but sunny. I saw my g/g's flying over in the BBSB's (big beautiful silver birds) and one heldoctor went over... I waved and threw kisses and got bunches of portside flashes in return. Cracks me up when I get flashed... lololol

Now to my latest self punishment and tales of the two monsters, Bonnie and Clyde! What have I done to myself. Betty called and gave me their birthdays... March 12, this year... OMG! this means I have at least 22 months to suffer thru before they settle down. On the other side of the suffering, I have had such a good time laffing, giggling and cracking up just watching them play. So far, they have disemboweled a doggy toy stuffed yellow big footed duck... now have started on a stuffed toy mallard... dismantled all the stuff that goes on the sweeper...They have paired up and run all over the front yard playing tug of war with the poor mallard toy. Bonnie has already learned how to climb up on the loveseat next to me. 

The next thing I know, Houdi has the yellow duck in his mouth... running hell bent for election with the Homer right on his heels. Those two ding-dings made several laps around the acre part of my lot...then decided to crash and cool out by the mail box. Wore me out just a watching let alone trying to do! lolol

Talked to Anna for a few...Oh dear... she's had to set up a new schedule! She found a domestic gosling, abused and abandoned floating in her creek. Well, I raised her,Anna right! She now has Goosey Goose living on the hill pond behind her house. Everyday Anna goes up to feed her to keep her on the hill while Anna tries to get the errands run and done. See, I tried to tell her that being nice will come back to bite you where you sit! Did she listen or watch me with the pups? NOOOO, I don't think so.. lolol

And there is Sarah who had a Lab pup who ate a hole thru the drywall in the laundry room. Now, THAT's a new one on me... Never had that happen yet. lololol Did y'all know that animal lovers are all nutz???? Well, maybe not totally but near enuf as to make no difference.
