Mostly crime but as I belong to a book discussion group I read a variety of different books. Some of my favourite authors are Janet Evanovich, Jasper Fforde, Philip Pullman, Barbara Erskine and Alexander McCall Smith to name a few.

Any food but especially chocolate. Not that keen on fish much to my husband's disgust as he loves it.

I am a 67 year old retiree from the English Library Service. Married a fellow school pupil 45 years ago and have two children, both girls, and a granddaughter and grandson.

Most things really but mainly animals especially dogs and horses. My grandchildren - most of the time! Arts and crafts.

I am fairly tolerant but don't like rude and aggressive people, unecessary swearing and housework, though I still have to do it.

Cardmaking, scrapbooking, photography, lacemaking, crosswords (not cryptic), swimming, knitting, sewing, jewellery making in fact most crafty things.
