I hope your having a nice day. I am having a wonderful day and enjoying the winter warmer temps. I think I need to have another cup of coffee and or maybe some tea. Smiles Gloria.

Hi -Stopping by to wish you a very Happy Birthday. Hugs Helen
Hi! Helen: Thank you for the Birthday Wishes! My goodness, it was already 6 months come Feb 12th. I sure hope you are doing well and staying safe from the you know what. I refuse to say the name as I don't want those evil ears perking up and listening! I am well and keeping myself busy doing nothing. lol.. Not true, I am able to keep myself occupied with something or other. I should get out my knitting needles and knit up lots of slippers! Knitting is suppose to be really healthy for the brain! Mind!! Also, suppose to lift people's spirits and stuff. Apparently, lots of benefits from knitting... and/or colouring in those adult colouring books. I have 2 books, and my niece got me pencil crayons to go with the book she got me a year ago. Sadly, I have barely turned a page in either of them. Shhhh! Don't tell now. I will (or will I?) get to it at some point! Wishing you a really, really nice day!
We had over and inch of rain yesterday with a beautiful 30 minute Texas rain storm. It was a warm front moving up from South Texas. Needless to say, the grass was a little more than wet and the girls weren't interested in going out.
When we get lots of rain, especially when the ground is already soaked, we have a river that runs through the entire back yard. Then around 6:30 am this morning, we had a cool front come through moving at 55 mph. It only took 10 minutes to get another .8" of rain. It was magnificent with lots of lightning (which I love). BUT, guess what...
The SUN is shining for the first time in about 5 days and that is a very long time for us in Texas. So here is to a Blessed week for all of us!
