Good morning on December 1st. It is time to change the calendars. I have three calendars to change and it usually takes me several days. I intend to make an attempt to shorten this time period to approximately 24 hours, give or take 12 seconds. In either case, Advent starts for most of you people tomorrow. I shall be in anticipation at 4:00 PM my time this afternoon. After two days of completely neglecting my exercise for various reasons, I was able to persevere and get out this morning knowing that I probably will be hindered for the next two days due to the snow. Humbug! I was sequestered in my FORTRESS OF SOLITUDE last night and was unable to attend the functions at several establishments. Before nightfall, I took a constitutional checking out the roads and found the roads could be lacking for my needs. There were several streets and at least one parking lot that I would have had to use for my motorcycle that would not have been up to specifications for my safety. I have just previewed the next 10 days and it looks like my life as it is known now could be changed forever. Along with the snow will be cold weather where the roads will probably not cooperate by getting rid of the ice and snow. Whatever! I complain for medicinal purposes only.
Since I shall have to activate my motor vehicle later to go to church, I shall get it out of the garage for a trip to the grocery store most likely. Not that I need anything, but since it is out anyway, I may as well go to the store for conversation not produce by electronics. Have a good weekend. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
Good morning on this Friday morning. It is also MOVIE DAY and as of this minute, I'm scheduled in approximately 5 hours. This could change as the time passes by. Yesterday I went on injured reserve status for a brief time. I thought I hurt my back doing nothing but sweeping the sidewalk, which is almost impossible. I was really in discomfort. I then took a couple of aspirins and felt relief, although I took no chances and moved slowly the rest of the day. I came to the conclusion at the end of the day that this was probably a cold in my muscles, sort of like what occurred a couple of weeks ago in several other parts of my body. So far today, no sign of the problem although I shall monitor. The last two days I have been limited by slippery conditions deleting my exercise. Humbug! And the temperature is warm this morning. About 30°. Comparatively speaking, tropical. There is some doubt on my being able to go on tour tonight depending on the road conditions. I think tomorrow snow shall be arriving and my entire future shall be in question.
Today is the last day of the month. People doing calisthenics and stretching exercises getting ready to change their calendars. I should say, calendar pages. Fairly soon people shall actually be doing the physical changing of the entire calendar. Outside of the theater, I have nothing planned for daylight today. I did manage to type a message to Best Buy yesterday ordering a product that is not essential. I just had to feel like everyone else and buy myself something for Christmas. I shall now be waiting in anticipation.
Have a good day. We are on the eve of the weekend. It is the time we have our fantasy lives and all expectations are met. This of course is only if we also have a real life that a comparison can be made. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
I don't know about you but I do not drink someone's bath water.
Wishing you a Disney Day from here in Florida in the Disney area. I've been very busy as I just brought my husband home from the hospital yesterday .It's chilly here in Florida the last few days , but going back into the 80's again soon. Peace, love and big hugs, Yvette xoxo
