Losing someone

Losing someone.

Two weeks ago my best friend and considered a Sister for 17 years was passed away.  I cant believed that she's already gone , while we were happy attending our Christmas pary last December . First she always complained  of a stomach pain so her husband brought her to the hospital and we all shocked , her laboratory test  results is that she have a severe colon cancer and it's on stage four. I was so worried and praying for her and visited to the hospital , giving her strength that with God nothing is impossible, hoping that she will survived .  All her friends and family support her hospital bills , until she decided to leave the hospital and stayed with her family at home.  She said she was praying she wanted to live longer for her only son.  We are all praying for a miracle till one day she surrendered her life with God.  I am so devastated because we are always eating lunch together , she is always smiling and good in cooking , she brings food to our office .  We are neighbors and our working place is in one building.  She was cremated last week , I cried a lot because I will missing her so much.  I prayed she is in God's hands and happy now with the Creator.

Sometimes an end of a friendship, relationship , feel like a part of us died.   Losing someone close to us, either to death or disconnection, can potentially lead to broken heart syndrome  which include chest pain and shortness of breath.

This means that physical symptoms may occur with emotional pain. By experiencing these emotions, we can allow our bodies and our hearts to heal. As we allow ourselves to grieve, we can find strength, courage, and resilience  behind this pain.

At the time that we might feel weak, lost, and broken, that is when we have access to our greatest strength.

This pain is part of being human…the fact that we can feel pain like this is our greatest strength.

Now I started to move on and accept that my dear  friend and Sister is in the hands of the creator. So Help me GOD. .

Thank you so much for  reading my Blog.

 Have a great time.

I feel your pain and sorrow immensely..have lost many people close to me over the years. A chapter in our life closes. Their presence on earth is gone. We just need to focus on the sweet memories left behind, for they are forevermore. Life certainly brings the unexpected, and with this being said..every minute we have here is priceless..never to be taken granted. Prayers and sympathy...

I am sorry to read of your pain in losing a dear friend... it is never easy to accept that which we have no control. The 'unexpected' events are even harder to understand, and we do not know the mind of God, our Creator, and our source of strength and comfort.

I grieve with you, as I lost a dear friend last week... a nursing classmate of 60 years ago. Age and distance did not diministed our friendship, and I have great memories of times together, that fill my mind these days.

Thank you for sharing...

Dear friend Grace be strong in the Lord, He will give you strenght. Don't give up your faith and walk with Jesus daily. We all have to go through pain like that in our life but we have to continue living our life the best we can. Your friend is not suffering anymore and one day you will see her again. Jesus is coming soon and all these kind of pains will be gone forever. Trust in the Lord He is your best friend and your Father. He understands you and God is willing to comfort you. He is not distant he is right now next to you caring for you. Jesus Christ suffered, bled and died for our sins so we can live forever with him. Jesus will help you. He will bless you. You are not alone. Trust God. You are a great friend. I love you my friend. God bless you and keep you safe always.
