I like country music - I can understand the words. I like music from the 60s also. Now that I look at what I put on my playlist - I guess I like a lot of different kinds.

Haven't been doing much reading lately but if I pick up a mystery or suspense story I'll be up all night till I finish it.

I'm a member of the Welcome Wagon Staff here at NOTH.
My nickname is Ditto 'cause I was named after my mother. I was born and raised on the San Francisco peninsula and I'm still here. (Spent a few years in So. CA but came back.) I enjoy spending time with my family and my pets. I worked in various financial jobs - Accounting Manager, Financial Analyst, etc. I've been on disability since 2004 after a series of blood clots clogged my pulmonary arteries. (My muscles run out of oxygen due to decreased blood flow. Takes away all your stamina.) I belong to the Unitarian Universalist church because I enjoy being part of a community where people of varied beliefs can all worship together without trying to convert or judge each other. Makes for some interesting discussions too!

FAMILY AND FRIENDS. I enjoy spending a lot of time with my brother who lives just around the corner. My niece lives nearby and visits often. Looking forward to making new friends here on the hill.
ALL ANIMALS but especially my pets: Morpheus, the mellowest cat you'll ever meet. He likes dogs. Belimawr, a very intelligent mutt terrier mix. Lizzie, an adorable 9 month old Airedale terrier. Jerry, my chinchilla. He's mostly nocturnal but loves to sniff noses and get a scrstch in the evening when he wakes up.
MY ROSE GARDEN - I have 24 roses in my front yard including some minis and a micro mini. Gorgeous colors, wonderful scents.
ANGELFISH - The freshwater kind. They look so graceful. I have them in a 93 gallon tank in the living room,and 55 gallon tank in my bedroom.

I like puzzles and computer games. Occasionally I do counted cross stitch, make hand-rolled beeswax candles or play with my etching tool. I keep angelfish and sometimes I breed them. I have a small teapot collection and I collect dragons.
