I am a retired English/reading teacher.[I chose the name Julliett because I wanted something literary. What better than Romeo and Juliet?] I taught for 30 years and retired in order to marry my husband and move 2 hours away. The hardest part about that has been leaving my friends. I've been married 7 years and I still haven't made any really close friends down here.
I have daughter, adopted from Honduras, who graduated from Ohio State last year. My stepson lives here and is transferring from a branch of Ohio U to my alma mater, Kent State, in the fall. My husband is a band teacher and will retire in 1 more year. I can't wait because we plan to travel, travel, travel!!
The biggest event in my life recently was the death of my mother almost 3 years ago. I still miss her so much and some days it's just so hard. There's a hole in my heart and in my life that only she could fill.
I have 3 cats.....Spanky, Bailey, and Samantha.

I like the beach, sand and sunshine. I love any kind of animal. I like to travel and experience new places. I appreciate people who are sincere and honest. I also like nature.......flowers, birds, stars, rainbows.

I don't like lies or dishonesty, illness, pain, or people who are cruel to animals.

I love to read, crochet, knit, and work on my computer. I've been meaning to begin a scrapbook, but I feel overwhelmed when it comes to getting started.
