I like a good comedy, but I mostly enjoy a good action or thriller. Especially the blood and guts type. But funnily enough my all time favorite is an early 1940's black and white movie I saw by accident one day when I was off sick from work many years ago called 'Hobson's Choice' starring Sir John Mills. I have the DVD and I often put it on to watch.

Mostly the 60's, also Motown, country and classical too.

Most all books, but especially crime and thriller. I have recently got into audio books so I can listen while I am doing all the boring stuff like ironing etc.

I am 61 years young. I am married to Frank. I was born in Nottingham England. Frank and I are both on our second time around. He is an Australian which is why I now live in Australia. We met and married in England. Moved to Australia in 2001, I became an Australian citizen in 2005. I love my life here. We have five children and eight grandchildren between us. None live at home any more.
We live in a small village called Urbenville, up in the Northern Rivers of New South Wales. Half way up a mountain. You could say we live out bush.

I used to like cycling and lawn bowls but sadly I had to give them both away due to health issues.
Now I go watch my husband fly his remote control planes, that can be so much fun too.
