Married to Derek and celebrated. our 60th (Diamond Wedding Aniv) Jan.2010. Have one daughter..Helen, sadly no grandchildren.
I class myself a 'young' 81 Hobbies were walking and hill climbing Please note I said WERE..Our main hobby has been caravanning for the past 32 years. Didn't go abroad because we had 2 dogs (cocker spaniels) Had a hip replacment last October, which has been great.
Thru no fault of mine I cannot have another dog. I have owned 2 dogs at a time, mainly Cockers, since I was 14. Lost my little black cocker BENJI) in 2006 and my beautiful Springer Spaniel (TESS) last year. Feel as though I have lost a limb, miss a dog so much. Regardless of that I still enjoy hearing from other 'doggie' people about their pets and the antics they get up to.
Have altered my profile details as lots of people still assumed I owned a dog.
