Good morning on this Friday morning. Movie Day is canceled today for a lack of interest. Nothing scheduled I wish to see. This weekend, today and tomorrow, I shall have to attend church. An extra mandatory service is scheduled for this weekend. Hence, I shall have to activate my motor vehicle today. Of course I could always walk over, but the walk home is somewhat tedious. It is somewhat cold this morning, although it did not reach 0°. I believe it is about 5°so far. It could always get a couple of degrees colder before dawn. What he is so depressing is that it is not winter yet. I took no chances and have let my hot water in the shower drip so that it won't freeze. It usually freezes at 0°. A couple of times since I have been living here, the entire water froze and I had to get the city to thaw it out. It is really a helpless feeling to have no water. In either case, I am on my countdown to spring. I have deactivated by motorcycles. It was a somber affair, pulling the batteries out and having people wail and gnash their teeth. So in either case, I only have two things on my agenda for this weekend but since I have to activate my motor vehicle, I may also do some other things that are not needed. Of course they have THE COOKIE WALK on Saturday but I'm not certain I shall attend. Considering the woman down the street inundated this writer with pieces of pie and some fancy type of bread, I may fence off the area and not attend. It shall be a game time decision. I most likely will attend if for no other reason to walk through and hear people having conversations. Since I live in seclusion, I take these opportunities to hear people talk. And sometimes these people even talk to me without being paid.

Good morning. Another cold one outside. I did not have to throw out the water this morning so I really did not test the weather conditions myself. I do know that tonight, meaning Thursday night, it is going to be 0°. That is the magic number where I have to let the water in my shower drip profusely or it will freeze requiring this writer to find the hair dryer. I should say, just the hot water. The cold water does not seem affected.
A lie can travel half way around the world while the truth is putting on its shoes. So, let's get to it. I have returned my item I got in the mail, and no, I did not return it because I enjoy returning things.

Good morning. Happy HUMP DAY. Previewing my upcoming weather, I have noticed a slight glitch in the weather on Thursday night. It seems to say that it is going to be 0°. I have given up the fight. I have admitted defeat. I went out to my garage and deactivated my motorcycle for the winter, removing the battery for a warmer climate in my house. This brings a distressing period in one's life. Then to top off this traumatic experience, the waiting for my package to be delivered yesterday was excruciating. I really thought it was going to be delivered in the morning. I postponed all of my events to be home to receive this package. I eventually ended up canceling my entire day due to the non arrival of my package. It finally arrived at 8:45 PM. I did not even realize that they deliver that late. When I went to their website, I had a conversation with their virtual assistant and it told me they deliver to 9:00 PM to private residences. What confused me was when I was on the tracking, they actually changed something at around 8:00 PM which made me think they were not going to deliver. Their alteration was their entry at 9:00 AM that morning. I suspected foul play. In either case, I still am not certain of a positive result as I have not opened the package for inspection. By the way, do not forget today is a NATIONAL DAY OF MOURNING. No mail except for some packages. I for one am lucky to have the Internet as it is my only means of contact with the outside world. That is, unless I was to go to the grocery school. Sometimes, on my constitutional around the neighborhood, I am able to hear a voice not electronically manufactured.
