I'm going to be retiring in a few years and am looking to relocate somewhere in the southern U.S. where the winters don't get below 40 and the summers aren't too hot and humid. A nearby beach is preferred. (I love walking on the beach)

If anyone knows of a nice place like this, I'd love to hear about it.

I'm a small town gal who has had a pretty exciting life.
