Hey - I hope this finds you doing well. Im home for a while finally. Its been a long long time! *since 2006* but, my Mother is ok enuff for me to be home til her next hip-replacement. Now I can get back to a somewhat normal life style and routine lol.
I miss everyone here - was thinking (and still am) about paying the full membership here... but, I just dont know yet. I havent been in here enuff due to all my Mothers surgeries, and I really dont know many that well. But, the possibility is still there, I truly do love this place, and cant wait til I can get back in here daily!!!!
Hugz to you my sweet friend! Will be back tomorrow, til then take care.
Hi! It was so wonderful to hear from you! I've really been going through a rough time since November, but I finally seem to be picking up my bootstraps now and getting back to life. I'll explain that more in the near future.
The Rose bowl was so disappointing. They just didn't seem to be prepared--unusual for a 'Joepa team.' My husband and I wondered if having such a long time off prior to the game may have had something to do with it?? I have to give USC credit though--they were the better team--although I really felt Penn State beat themselves in the first half.
I hope you had a wonderful Holiday and hope that 2009 is a terrific year for you. I can't remember if I told you what happened with the discogram in November? That's what put me in the dumps for well over a month. But I'm finally getting myself together and I'm ready to resume life and get my 'fight' back again. I'll be seeing a new neurosurgeon at the end of the month. I'll keep you posted.
I also hope to be checking in at NOTH on a daily basis very soon. I missed keeping in touch with you and I apologize for not writing for almost 2 months now. But I will write again soon! In the meantime, I hope you have a great week........Gina

Hi Gina,
Just dropping in to bring some hugs and prayers. Hope you're getting some help with your pain ordeal. No one should be going thru what you're dealing with, Dear Friend. Prayers & healing thoughts seem so little to offer, but please know they are from my heart to yours.
Looking forward to our NITTANY LIONS in the Rose bowl - they have a tough game ahead of them, but they'll do themselves proud regardless of the final score. Watching the parade this year will have an extra interest to me because one of the judges is a local gal from Longwood Gardens.
Dear Friend, I hope your Christmas was warm and memorable and that 2009 treats you with the love and kindness you deserve.
Hello my friend. I wanted to drop by and wish you and your family much health, happiness and many blessings for 2009. I have known many of you from the beginning and some not so long, others I have yet to meet.
I love all the stories we share, mostly happy and funny, others sad and in need of a prayer. We will get through it together!!!! I am a TRUE friend...."I mean what I say" and "I say what I mean". I won't ever sugarcaot....I believe in "honesty" all the way. I look forward to another great year with you and many more to follow. You have a "friend" in me!!
I send my LOVE throughout the world on this day....hope you all are there to receive it. I will end this message with a graphic, I thought was quite fitting from me.
Just out doing some cross country skiing on the HILL and thought I'd stop by for a quick visit. I would like to wish you a wonderful Christmas!!! Hugs and Blessings, Vicki
