It is a sunny, cheerful Monday for me and I'm baking my last batch of cookies for Christmas. The house smells great. And the Hallmark Christmas music channel is playing on the tv. I'm in my merry place, for sure. How is your day going? And is your weather decent? Just enjoy today, no matter what!
HAPPY MONDAY TO YOU HOPE YOUR NEW WEEK WILL BE GREAT FOR YOU WELL. SANTA IS VERY BUSY THIS TIME OF THE YEAR AND SO ARE WE BUT LETS TAKE THE TIME AND ENJOY THE CHRISTMAS SEASON. LOVE N HUGS WITH MANY BLESSINGS MARGE
What a sloppy Saturday here. When we need rain, we have to beg for it. When we don't, it's abundant. This afternoon I am going to our middle daughter's (Melanie) for an essential oil party. We will be making three different gift items using essential oils. While I'm with "the girls", Dave will be heading to an auction at a local antique shop that lost its lease and must move. Hopefully the rain will end and we can dry out considerably over the next many days. I'm afraid to even look at the forecast. LOL Have a terrific weekend, rain or shine!
An enjoyable weekend to you & hoping your keeping warm . Pretty nice here , nighttime in the 40s & daytime in the mid 60s. Since we have no more small children we don't buy for each other because we have all we need we buy a bunch of toys & gifts for all age groups of kids to give to toys for tots or our local blue Santa for distribution. Also for our family . Relax a little & take care......George
What a rainy, cold Friday it is. But it's all good because I've gotten some things done and now am baking a double batch of Dave's favorite cookies for Christmas. My house smells like Mrs. Claus's kitchen. I have Christmas music playing and am feeling very festive. How is your day going? Is your weather good?
It is a gray, chilly Thursday here, how about at your house? Tomorrow is to be a soggy day so I guess I'll do a little housework and bake some cookies. Tonight we are going to our oldest grandson's (Chandler's) Christmas band concert. I look forward to hearing the band and seeing all the holiday lights to and from his school.
These poor little mice seem to have their twinkle lights in a tangle! Similar to what Dave and I just went through with our lights on the front porch. Had a whole string go out and no new bulbs or fuses would help. So down they came and a new string went up. I went to the dr. this morning for routine labs and then we ran to Wet Pets to get a new spotted catfish for the aquarium. How has your day been? Hopefully it's been great for you.
Hello my friend & hope your staying warm .Saw where some of you have some heavy rain & snow .Over the weekend it we had about 4 in. Enjoy the rest of the week & take care........George
Happy sunny Tuesday to you. Well sunny for me, at least. Taking our middle daughter to the imaging center for an MRI today and, after that, probably not much else. Our snow is melting and I hope the ground can dry up some before rain comes on Friday and Saturday. It's a soggy, muddy mess. Instead of building snowmen for Christmas, we may all be mud-wrestling. And with that visual, I will leave you now and wish you a terrific day!

So our snow has come and gone...the last burst came in around 8 am, lasting around 2 hours..huge flakes. Was nice to see it falling, given the initial snowfall came at night. Been catching up here on the homefront. Finished my Christmas devotion and got it posted here at the bulletin page. Actually just had lunch about 30 min ago *it’s 3:20 pm*...and before I can sneeze, will be time to cook supper. The boys got to work fine. Not much traffic. Though tomorrow we drop down to the 20’s, so all of this slush will cause black ice in the am. God has it..so will follow my thoughts that I wrote about earlier in my devotion. Give HIM the burdens of the day -:) Hopefully we will see sunshine tomorrow, along with warmer temps. I have lots to do this week. Enjoy yours -:)
