15 days until Christmas! And it truly feels holiday-ish since we got snow. Not a lot in my area but the NC mountains got dumped on. The ski resorts are very happy. It is very pretty and really puts me in the spirit (like I need help in that department?). Schools were canceled today and none of my daughters had to go to work due to icy road conditions. Our first "snow day" of the winter season. How is your weather and did you have a good weekend? Time to tackle another week!
Happy Sunday from the snowy/slushy/slippery south. We have snow with rain/freezing rain and a cold icky mess. It's pretty to see but too wet and sloppy to play in. At least in my backyard. I know those further west of us have abundant snow. So I will sit indoors and look at the pretty sights, watch my birds at the feeding station, and coach the Panthers to (hopefully) a victory today. Have a great finish to the weekend!

It is a cool and drippy Saturday here but since it's the weekend, it's hard to complain. Not much happening at my house, how about yours? Whatever you are or aren't doing, enjoy the day! I'll do the same and then we'll both be happy!

Fabulous Friday to you! What are you up to? I've been to Walmart for some things I forgot yesterday and have done some household work. Even spent some time outside! It's chilly today but not bad. I filled the suet feeder and my birds are happy. I enjoy bird watching (and squirrel spying) so much. Have a great evening.
I am having a very good Thursday and hope you are, too. I've grocery shopped and done some cleaning. I believe Dave and I are finished with yard work now until spring. He transplanted the last plant we had to move and now I guess everything will rest for a few months. They are calling for snow here this weekend and I must admit that I'm hopeful we get it. I can't remember having snow this early here. But then I can't remember what I walked from one room to the other for so.....

It is a beautiful, chilly Wednesday and we have spent much of the day outside. Getting the back yard cleaned up for winter. Dave has a fire going in our burn barrel for fallen branches, dead plants, etc. and we have been enjoying the fresh air. With a wet weekend on tap, we wanted to get things done out back beforehand. How is your day and what are you up to?
Terrific Tuesday to you! I wish you could smell my kitchen right now. I have pumpkin spice/chocolate chip cookies baking and it smells so good!
