I read several magazines Good Housekeeping, Womans World and Birds & Blooms.
I have a very big problem with different colored print, my eyes do best with large bold letters in darker colors on light background. This sometimes makes it hard for me to write to people.

My favorite color is Coral.

October 23 my husband Tom had back surgery yester day and it didn't turn out real good. When the pain was relieved from the lower back it went to his neck and caused what they are calling a spinal cord stroke. He lost all feeling in his mid chest down. He has regained to the knees and tonight he felt me push on his left foot so we are encouraged, but he has a long haul ahead of him and a real positive attitude which is very good. Please keep him in your prayers.

September 29 & 30, 2008 have been very interesting days for my husbnd & I. We received word that Kevin Harvick along with 2 of his truck drivers were at Sandusky Speedway testing for upcoming races so off we went both days. The high light was getting his autograph and my picture taken with him.

I have had 5 children and 2 are deceased 1 in Texas, 1 in Virginia Beach, 1 in Sandusky, Ohio and I adopted and raised 1 grand daughter who is now 27 and a divorced mother of 2 darling girls. I also have 7 grandchildren and 15 great grands plus step grands and great grands.
I was diagnosed with Age Related Macular Degeneration 5 1/2 years ago. I lost central vision in right eye to hot laser then. Since then I have had cataract surgery in left eye and it went wet in January 2008 my vision was 20/80 but after Avastin shots in eye in January and February it is holding at 20/25. I have a very big problem with different colored print, my eyes do best with large bold letters in darker colors on light background. This sometimes makes it hard for me to write to people, so please be patient with me.

My husband Tom & I, were high school sweethearts and after turmoil in both of our lives we got back together in January 1997 and we were married on February 14, 1998. We love to travel but the economy has slowed us down. We took a 3 week trip cross country by car, flew to Las Vegas for our honeymoon and we have been on 2 cruises. We are planning to drive to Arizona in February 2009.

There isn't much I don't like except, snakes, bees, wasp, bugs and liars.

Computer, gardening mainly flowers, Hummingbirds I love them but I really love "bird watching" and it is a challenge for me.
Playing Games on Computer Pogo, and Poker Stars and enjoying time with my great grandkids. Although Gas prices have limited are time with our great grandkids.
