As of last month, I have been married 45 years.
We have 2 married children. A boy and girl, Kim and Craig.
As you can tell, I was married at a very young age and had my kids very young also. The marriage has been a very rocky one but I wouldn't trade it. It has made me stronger in my walk with the Lord.
Kim has 3 grown girls. Craig has an adorable red headed son, age 11 and a brown eyed, smart as a whip, 7 year old daughter.
I love the Lord and belong to a wonderful Baptist church. I teach an adult women's Sunday School class.
My husband and I both grew up in MN. He has 9 brothers and sisters there. We try to visit as often as we can.
We now live in WA state near the southern border. We are about 40 miles from Portland, OR. We are also about 35 miles from Mt. St. Helens.

What a colorful creation this world is! Think of it. God has delighted to give each one of us a special identity, and yet many of us spend our lives trying to conform to some self-imposed "norm." We deny our own individuality and that of others. We insist on playing out God's drama in black and white, ignoring the many colorful brushstrokes of His hand. We let God shine through when we are being creative and unique as an individual.
