Tea and cake (especially sensitive to bitter tastes and unsavory textures): Life is short--eat dessert first!

Cinnamon Tea: Pour 2 C water into pan with 2 Ceylon cinnamon sticks added. Bring to a boil then simmer for 15 min. Pour into 2 cups. Steep tea of your choice in each cup. Add honey to taste. ☕
