Butterfly Pea Tea: boil 2C of water; pour into Pyrex measuring cup & add 1 oz of butterfly pea flowers to water. Press flowers with a spoon against the sides to release color & herbal extracts. Strain the tea. Add honey & a squirt of lime. Pour into a cup & enjoy. 🫖
