Good Friday Morning!  This first week of September flew by quickly!  

My pictures of the same roses on the same bush just 3 days apart.  Have you ever seen such a color change?  

Why do mosquitoes love me?  Why do their bites swell up into big, ugly, red spots on me?  

Please send mulch!  hehehe  It didn't go on sale for Labor Day.  So we will wait until next Spring... just 6 months away.  

Even weeds that bloom can be pretty like the one in my hanging basket!  Now where did that come from?  

I need a fresh batch of lady bugs to eat the aphids on my milkweed.

we had a beautiful day today...hot and humid though, cooler weather will be coming this weekend, we're supposed to get down into the lower 60's one morning!

How has your day been? Mine has been busy and accomplished. After doing my housework and eating lunch, we delivered some stuff to our girls and stopped at Tractor Supply for chicken feed, dog treats and, of course, a new toy for Dharma. Which she is currently working hard to destroy as I write. Looking forward to a quiet evening and catching my breath. Pretty page, Cheryl.

Cooler temps here too..I never get cold, but husband does..he grew up in Arizona, so if it gets below 70, he's wrapped up in a blanket. Actually sat outside this morning on swing and enjoyed coffee. Will be repeating again tomorrow...Enjoy the week ahead.

As I put this together, I am praying that this Tuesday will be a dark, overcast, rainy day for us.  

While I love to watch the lightning, I hope we don't have too much and that there will be no damage done if we do have lightning.  

Aren't Lighthouses amazing?  I love how they can warn those out at sea of the rocks and land that they are getting near.  

Just like God's Rainbow is a reminder of His promise to us.  

I love rain and thunderstorms.  After the storm comes the calm and everything is refreshed.  

So whether we get rain or sunshine today, enjoy it and count your blessings!  

 we FINALLY got some much needed rain last night, nearly an inch! Going to head out to do my morning walk soon. I hope you have a wonderful Labor Day!

Mornings are the best time of day!  That is when it is the coolest here.  

I hope it is a nice day where you are.  I think I will go see what is going on outside.  

Then it should be time for lunch and maybe a nap if it is too hot to go back outside.  

Probably time to look and see what we will be having for dinner soon too.  

Well thinking about food and planning ahead is important.  But now I guess I'll say Blessings & Hugs!

Hello Cheryl, here's pics
from the place we visited yesterday. Some natural Springs about 35 miles
from where I live. There are underwater caves here too and the water is
very cold. It was refreshing to say the least! There were cave divers
there preparing to explore. So neat to learn about.  Happy weekend.
