What is cooking this Caturday? What do you mean, you are tired of cooking?
The dogs may have gotten some of your cooking for Thanksgiving, but the cats didn't get a scrap, not a drop.
So you look here at me, and you better get us something to eat that is just as good as your Thanksgiving dinner was for you.
And our meal better include some of that pumpkin that settles an upset stomach too. I saw you sneaking some pumpkin pie last night and adding whipped cream on it.
The real reminder is you better make the cats happy, especially on Caturday! After all, we do have a day named after us. Now you have a good day and SMILE!
We actually had a good time this Thanksgiving, even though it started out kinda down. At first, Crow, didn't want to have the, family gathering, thingy, and wasn't too specific about why. But then, right on Thursday, she decided to head out to our youngest daughter, Jamaica's place, and we had a great time. Then spread it out to Friday to go out to eat with our youngest son, Danny & family, at a local Mexican restaurant, "Cancun", and had a late Thanksgiving with them. Hello Darci, hope your turkey day was wonderful! Ours was busy with 16 here in all. SO MUCH food and SO MANY dishes. lol. Thank goodness I had help with that. Happy weekend, enjoy your day!

Of course, nails were in between making Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl Cookies. By the way, they turned out delicious! My girls have learned to be very good cooks.
It was an Amazing day that was enjoyed by everyone. Even the 5 dogs (3 ours + 2 of theirs) enjoyed the day. Many memories were made with lots of laughs and a few pictures were taken.
Good morning. Friday morning has arrived but it certainly doesn't feel like it to this writer. I assume it is the holiday that has confused the issue. I went out for my walk this morning and when walking north, it felt cold. It was 19° and it was a good preview of winter. It really didn't seem like there was a lot of wind but there must have been from considering walking north was worse than walking south. In either case, I conquered the situation. Another peculiar thing I noticed, the position of the Moon. The Moon was really huge and I thought it was going to crash into the Earth. It also was positioned to the northwest and I have never noticed it in that position before. I am hopeful that this is my imagination and it is not going to crash into the Earth. It would be somewhat disastrous in the wintertime. I have nothing planned for today. I managed to replenish my bananas and some potatoes while on the walk this morning. There is a convenience store approximately 1/2 mile from my back door and I took the opportunity to kill two birds with one pebble, to coin a phrase. In either case, the weekend is upon us. I also forgot to mention it is BLACK FRIDAY. Unlike in years past traffic was light at 3:00 AM. I guess most people use the Internet now to shop with the exception of the diehard people who just can't resist the fight. A good thought for today: Have a good day.
