Good morning Darci. Such a fun treat, catching up with messages since I last logged in!
Oh my word...and OH NO! Dharma: that naughty dog!!! From you description in your note; I could almost picture the wreckage that was the kitchen floor! I just hope you were able to finish your meal while it was still hot as well as taking care of the gargantuan cleanup after Dharma's attempt to eat the chicken! Now you know, I guess it will change things in terms of securing plates of food on your kitchen counter, etc! Meanwhile.... I can't help feeling you are right - i.e. time will continue to fly by rapidly. I can't help wishing it would slow down a little as well! Friday and the first weekend of the new year coming - I hope you'll have an easy going time. Take care! Love Tarlia *Hugs
Thankfully, there's very little pain involved, at all. I caught the infection, just as it started to hurt, and that was when they used the Augmentin. Then on, about, day 6 of that regemin, the fluid built up behind the eardrum, and I stopped hearing in that ear. Then when I went back to the Fast Pace, they discovered that the infection wasn't gone, so I'm not in much pain, just slight pressure from inside, that keeps the eardrum from vibrating...
GOOD MORNING, LOVE, HUGS & BLESSINGS, Ms. Darci, I pray YOU have a PHENOMINALLY FREAKY FRIDAY, and a FANTABULOUS WEEKEND to follow, my friend...
Think we need to drag out rain boots..Saturday is going to be a wet one indeed. More rain next Tuesday. It's been a busy week..fast one too. I bet we see snow before too long. Time will tell 🕶️☕️🕶️
It's a cloudy day here and it's a nice 25* out there. A perfect temp for snow, but it's not snowing today. When you lived in Erie, did you ever go sled riding? We're there any hills in that area to ride down? Most of that area up by the lake seems to be fairly flat to me. But you would know the area better than me. You could take turns pulling each other on the sled. You would only see snow like on your picture in your dreams. Yeah, you're right about cats. They're too skiddish to stay on a sled or anything else for that matter! Did you ever build a snow fort back in those days? You need lots of snow to build one of those (at least 2 feet). We use to get that much snow back in the day, but not anymore. It took most of the day to build a snow fort. That took some thought and time. Would have to pack snow ontop of itself until a tunnel was made. My dad use to help me. The kids use to crawl under the snow tunnel on hands and knees. Kids would chase each other through the tunnel, everyone screaming. lol. Snow was so much fun. And the temps would stay cold long enough that a fort would stand for a couple of months. Worth building. Now the way things keep warming up, it wouldn't be worth while trying to build anything because it would start to melt in a few days after constructing it.. Okay, Darci, I'll leave you with thoughts and dreams of snow!! Have a great Friday.. *hugs* Darlene
Its a cold but sunny day here. I hope the new year has been good for you so far. The weekend is so close now! Not much planned other than the usual stuff right now. The roofers came yesterday and finally took out the skylight and got that covered up for me!! hurray. Yes, the days of sledding during our years in NY. We had gotten into cross country skiing too and that was alot of fun. It helped pass the long cold NY winters Have a great night. Hugs,Rhonda
Yes, Pitful is the purrrrfect word! Thanks for making me laugh and laugh!

If we had snow, it'd be a fine day to take the cat for a sled ride. It's sunny and cold. However I have no snow, a cat that would have NOTHING to do with a sled, and I am missing a sled, to boot! Pitiful, isn't it? Snow or not, I plan to enjoy this day and I hope you have a nice day, too. Tomorrow's Friday.
I do pray your NEW YEAR, slows down a bit for you, my friend. The trip, back, to see the dr., proved quite interesting, as when she looked into my, clogged ear, she said, "There's no wax in your ear, but the infection is still there, with an agree red ear drum. So she gave me a different antibiotic, and said that if the ear didn't drain that they may need to put a tube in it, to help it drain properly. So now it's the waiting game, AGAIN...
GOOD MORNING, LOVE, HUGS & BLESSINGS, Ms. Darci, I pray YOU have a TRANSFORMATIONALLY THIRSTY THURSDAY, and have had a THRILLING WEEK, my friend...
Good morning. It is 28* at 3am, and this is it for the day. I may put some gas in the car today. I will need some bananas by tomorrow. Perhaps the word is WANT. And maybe a constitutional around the area a little today. I miss the middle of the night walk. Have a good day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
