Happy April Fool's Day. And it is going to be one as snow showers are due this morning. However, 51* this afternoon. I still am sequestered in the Fortress due to the dizziness. Talked with some nurse on the phone yesterday who could not assist me. So far today, does not seem as bad but the day is young, and I was tricked yesterday morning about the same time. Good morning. Today is the last day of the month and it is incumbent on everyone who lives in Orion Arm of the galaxy to change the pages of their calendars. For those of you who are not familiar with the map, eventually that will become known as the Alpha Quadrant. When I go for my jog in the middle of the night and I am counting the stars, this is what I call it. It is also Laetare Sunday and there is no truth I am being considered for the medal given out in South Bend every year. I am also hoping to recover from the debilitating illness of dizziness from yesterday which has caused me to alter my very existence. I am hoping to go to church today but that has not reached a final decision. I seem to be better but am not pushing the envelope. I still have about three hours of the countdown to decide. Hi my friend, Well, today was memorable, lol. I had a ton of laundry to do but the belt on my washer broke! I was standing right there when it did It sounded like a huge rubber band snapping! Good morning. It is the eve of the weekend. It is also MOVIE DAY, unfortunately it is being canceled due to a lack of interest of the selections at the movie theater. I just checked the weather for my backyard on the Internet. I did not have any water to throw out this morning so I have no personal reflections on the weather. For the last two days I have managed to get some exercise in the morning. I have decided against it this morning due to cowardice. It really doesn't matter as I am only in my stages of preparation for this season. As I glance out my front window, I'm noticing frost on the motor vehicles in the street. Obviously, not yet time to plant any tomato plants. Speaking of that, I am thinking of not having a garden this year. I go through this every year and then when the month of May arrives, I decide to plant some tomato plants. I like the taste of fresh tomatoes. Unfortunately for this writer my tomatoes usually do not ripen until almost all August. I think I must have a shorter growing period than the Antarctic. As in most things in my life, it shall be a game time decision. And since the store I purchase the plants will be closed, I may not plant this year and declare victory with tremendous willpower.
My agenda for today is unclear. I'm almost reaching the point of Lent where we will be doing self-flagellation. I usually start that on Good Friday. It gets pretty intense in my area but we carry on and do not let the pain and blood stop us from doing the right thing. Have a good day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!

Good morning. GARBAGE DAY. I am participating in recyclables. It is 41* this morning but felt pretty nice out and so went for the exercise thing, as I am getting into it again after the hibernation process. Going to be 29* tonight so who knows! I got the bike on the road and so I am fully mobile now. I am still expecting some snow yet but it would not last if it came to pass. In 5 billion years, there will be no snow, probably before that as that is the date on my calendar of the Earth being engulfed by the sun. Speaking of the sun, it is not showing itself in my area. Good morning. Happy HUMP DAY. I managed to get out for some exercise this morning at approximately 2:40 AM. The first time this year that I would dare to go for a jog in the middle of the night. The ice and snow has finally left. It was good to get some fresh air to start my day. I believe it is going to be 62°. I shall most likely activate my motorcycle. That being said, there is a storm coming in the near future that could bring some snow and so forth. I shall not let that change my positive attitude about the weather as usually when we get snow in April, it leaves rather fast. I have decommissioned the snow shovels and shall not bring them out no matter what. I am done with winter even though winter will not be done with me. On a positive note, I went to the store yesterday and purchased a rotisserie chicken. I have not done that a million years and it really tasted good. And also, there is no mess to clean up. I shall have to be eating it for at least six days, with the exception of Friday.

Good morning on this Tuesday morning. Yesterday, my neighbor had his tree cut down and I was forced to be outside the entire time to protect my house. The tree was a real danger to my house is it hung over my house. After the tree was down, we ascertained that it was approximately 100 years old. If it would have fallen on my house it would have gone right through the roof. Now I shall have to put up with several days I would imagine, of people coming over and cutting the wood to take away. Maybe today will be the last day. Last night the guy who is taking the wood was over twice. Fortunately, it did not last into the night and he quit about 7:00 PM. My neighbor asked me to contribute something to the cause as it is expensive to have a tree cut down. I probably will get him a donation as he is a good neighbor and the tree was more of a danger to me than to him. I think the temperature is going to get to be 52° today. Tomorrow they are talking 61°. I never thought I would see that again. But then it will take another 10 days to reach 60 again. A side note: last year we had snow in April. I'm officially finished shoveling snow. I intend to put the snow shovels away for the year today. I don't care how much snow we get, I am finished with winter. Let it be written, let it be done.

Good morning and happy Monday. Good to get the weekend over and start thinking of the real world. Someday I'm going to die. It might happen through cruelty or by accident. But inevitably, I'm going to die one way or another, and in perspective of the long sweep of history, I'm going to die relatively soon. Life is short. I'm living on borrowed time. I'm always going to do something good- tomorrow. Always going to start a diet- next week. Always thinking that I have to get around to patching up some bad blood in my family- one of the days. Perhaps I need to do something now, because it always seems to be "tomorrow" that I'm going to do what I ought to do with my life. There's never a good time to do things that are hard to do. There are tremendous opportunities today to do some of those things that I need to do. To start. Today may be all the time I have. I went out to throw out the water this morning. Good morning on this Sunday morning. Seems pretty reasonable outside with the weather. I went out and threw out the water and it was comfortable. I was not even dressed decently and it was alright. Without looking at the temperature, I would say it is about 35°, give or take. And being that it was 4:00 AM in March, that is acceptable. My back has a mild irritation from shoveling some heavy snow yesterday that was in a pile back by my garage. It basically was ice because of all the water in the snow and the temperature being so cold as to freeze it. I wanted to melt fast so there is not that constant stream of water freezing at night. I intend to activate my motorcycle this week and it would be irritating to fall down. If it was not for that, I might even have considered going for a minor jog this morning, probably about 2 miles. However, I'm staying on my rehabilitation after a winter of doing nothing and doing some walking before I go into my exercising at 3:00 AM. One would still have to be careful where they are jogging in the night because there will be some places that are still icy. Other than that, moving right along with the weekend. This has actually been a pretty good week as I kept my motor vehicle in active position on the street. I was able to go places with total freedom. Unlike the winter where the motor vehicle was sequestered in the garage. It would take a lot of ambition to bring the motor vehicle out of the garage to do anything. I probably will take a constitutional later today of perhaps a couple miles. I'm breaking myself in after this winter of total sequestration.
