It was a good day yesterday. Everyone was able to get their new calendars. The weather turned out reasonably. The sun was out and I walked over to the bank with one glove on thus shielding that hand from cooler temps. Then later, a constitutional around the block now that I have passed the time of ridicule and people hurling insults and sometimes hard objects. I did manage to secure some free cookies on the constitutional. I also went to church and had a conversation with some woman there and she did not get too ridiculous with her comments on my injuries. Actually they have healed enough for me to go to the store at 8 in the morning instead of having to go at 6 when it is still dark. However, since it is a Walmart, does it really matter how one looks there?!? Hope your day goes well. I may do church. Everything else is up in the air.

Why is Friday such a special day? Thursday is now Friday Eve! I like every day of the week. Each day has its own uniqueness!
The entire month of December is unique. There is shopping, decorating, wrapping, etc. every day is fun and special. I love giving all year long.
Jesus and His love is all year long after all. I love seeing the joy and surprise of an unexpected gift every month.

I am not a very good decorator though. I usually end up with a mess to clean up in every room. Christmas is a time for peppermint, cookies, candy, cakes and all deserts! Not for the pets but for husbands... oh that is every month too!
Good morning. It is 31°and going to 50° if you can believe the rumor mill. It almost makes me feel like going out for some fresh air. I could be outside with no gloves on which would be a good thing considering I would have trouble wearing gloves with my sling. I seem to be healing fairly well. It almost makes me want to take the sling off but I will give it at least another week. I gave myself enough time when scheduling an appointment with the people who put it on. The guy told this writer I can always cancel the appointment. I don't think he is going to do anything and so it is a waste of money to go back unless I'm having trouble. And this is the kind of sling you can take on and off unlike something plastered on. I did manage to get to the church yesterday which was a pleasant surprise as I was not going to go. Christmas is moving rapidly toward us. It is still too far away to have a countdown or make an accurate calculation on how far Christmas is. In either case, nothing is mandatory today. I may make another attempt at church this morning. Game time decision. I miss my exercise protocol in the middle of the night but I'm finally convinced that not being able to see things can be disastrous. Have a good day. I really used to enjoy mall Christmas shopping--seeing the displays, hearing the music, getting impulsive ideas, eating at a restaraunt. For the past 10 yrs I have been exclusively shopping online. Now I only give gifts to my husband and son. Time to start wrapping. Have a good day Lisa!🤶🏼

It is nice to get together for Christmas with others you don't see often during the year.
I love seeing the trees decorated all around town and the trees in people's windows in the evenings.

Good morning. 21* and going to double that at 42*. I did that with no sheepskin in math. I got to the store yesterday for bananas and some other items not needed, although the milk in the refrigerator was stale so maybe I needed that. I only use it for cereal so who would know! So now the neighbors can quit singing the song of not having bananas every time they pass my house on their rituals. Today will be another day of sequestration.
