I like all genre of movies. I just finished watching "The Seeker", which I enjoyed. I love the Potter series and I like SOME horror. (The old time horror films, not any of the blood and guts ones they have today.)I like comedies, because everyone should laugh at least once a day.
BOOKS
I like fiction and educational books mostly, spirituality, some non-fiction.
I'm a reader, I write, I like to be outdoors in the good weather and hibernate in the cold and snow. I love to bake and cook and entertain, though that's not so much any more.
I'm single and truly NOT looking. I love my "quiet time", and being my own boss, so to speak. I'm retired due to a disability, but I don't let that slow me down any more than I have to.
I like my computer, and I've learned to enjoy my naps thanks to the cats.
WHAT I LIKE
I like my home and my cats. I like to read, I write sometimes, I like Victorian houses (my house is 159 years old). I like Connecticutt (I vacation there every summer for a week or so.) and I love love love warm weather.
WHAT I DON'T LIKE
Rudeness, disrespect, angry people, telemarketers at dinner hour, loud music in cars.
HOBBIES
Writing, crocheting, cross stitch, walks, cooking and baking.
Well I tried sending this this morning but everything was soooooo slow that I had to give up. So not sure who got what. If you get this twice then just delete it. An extremely busy day at work. But the good news is I didn't fall over my feet, trip over a cat, stumble over a pebble. Nope....had a good trip, see you next fall is over and done with for now. Wonder what the next disaster will be. I did however, nearly fall asleep on the way to work. I think I might have to get to bed earlier and actually try for those 8 hours they recommend. Ya think???? Did anyone watch the CMA Award show??? It was great! I just couldn't tear myself away. Hence the falling asleep at the wheel. Thank goodness for my guardian angel, who has been absent for so long, finally showed up to wake me before anything tragic happened. So with the waves pounding the beach, I hope you had a wonderful Thursday. Guess what??? The weekend's nearly here again....yahoo!!!
