For Christmas I got Ann Rice's "Called out of Darkness". and also Dan Brown's Digital Fortress.
I am anxious to read them.
My daughter bought me a kindle for Christmas. I love it. I especially love that I can enlarge the font as my eyes have been bothering me a bit.
It is so easy to download books from Amazon.com and there is always a list of free ones as well as many discounted prices for some.
It is lightweight so does not bother my shoulders like the heavier books.

I am a Meat and Potatoes gal.
I do like some of the fresh garden veggies, but
I am not a veggie lover for the most part.
I love Sea Food like Lobster and Scallops. Fresh
Salmon,and most other fish.

I was born and raised in Maine.
My husband and I just had our 46th wedding anniversary. I tell him now
we are on the run for the GOLD.
We lived in Mn. for 20 plus years.
We raised our three children there.
We have four grandchildren whom we love to spoil. Our granddaughter Kasey was 18 in May. I cannot believe she will be graduated from High School last year.
Aksel our first grandson is 11, He is fun to have around, and loves doing things with grandpa.
Hunter who turned three years in Jan. is so sweet and happy all the time...
Hunter has a new sister Anastasia, who was born on Jan. 4th,2013.
We love and enjoy all four grandkids.
We moved to Maine to be near my mom and siblings.
We built a house not far from where I grew up.
We love the Maine summers.
