Such a beautiful day here & warm. Getting up to 75 which is fine. Wife got her right knee total replacement yesterday & is doing great. Dr. said it was in bad shape. About four hours after surgery she got up to take a few steps. Probably come home today. Sure most of you ready for thanksgiving & wishing you many blessings........George
Glad all went well with your wife's surgery. We will warm up to 62 today. Still chilly for now. Rain will move in for much of Saturday. Have a wonderful rest of the week.
It's a new week! And I hope we both have a good one. I have started my Christmas baking. Well, I'm still waiting on the butter to soften but, once it does, I'm making a double batch of butterballs and will hide them in the freezer until Christmas. There's a good chance I'll keep out a few for us to, um, sample. One must be sure they are good enough to serve the family, right? Have a marvelous Monday.
Hi George, we've been taking advantage of the dry weather too while it's here and prepping the yard and porch for the Christmas decorations and lights that will go up after Tksg. Hope all goes well with your wife's surgery and she has a speedy recovery.
I'm back! We have had internet/wifi issues that Spectrum finally remedied this afternoon. Two days without service was frustrating but kind of nice, too, in a way. How has your weekend been? Today is a beautiful, sunny day in the mid 50s. I sure have missed being in contact even though it's only been a couple of days!
KEEPING YOUR WIFE IN OUR PRAYERS. I SEE MY SURGEON THURSDAY. SO I HOPE TO HAVE SOME ANSWERS THEN. HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND. GOD BLESS YOU BOTH. LEE

Wishing you a great weekend & hope all is well with you & yours. Know some are really freezing. Not too bad here even after the cold front came in . We started putting up some inside Christmas decorations & brought a bed downstairs for the wife to have when she has her knee replacement Tuesday. Might get the outside decorations up today while it's still warm but not turn them on yet. Throw another log on the fire & keep warm with a big hug.....George
It is a gray, cool day in my area but it isn't raining yet. Supposed to rain in a bit. So we got all our errands run and outdoor stuff done before we got wet. How is your day? Tomorrow is Friday so I think that makes today, even if it's crummy, better! Enjoy the rest of the day and have a peaceful evening!
