Good afternoon to you. It's another windy day here today. It isn't as warm today as it was yesterday. It's 85F. It's been a busy week for me so I'm ready for the weekend, and I'm going to relax. I hope you are having a Great Day. I went to see my son and his wife today. I got my grand dog a new toy. She sure loved it. She is a sweetie. Just love her to bits. I took videos of some of our birds in the backyard as I sat in the sun letting the incision on my shoulder heal in the sunlight. Then I took a screenshot from the video to share a few of our many birds, the more colorful ones.

Good afternoon, as you can see by the graphic I have up that its a windy afternoon. This morning when my husband left for work we didn't see the twirly sunflower. So later when it got light out I saw the pieces of it laying all over the ground. The pieces are now inside. Hopefully he will figure how to put it back together. I'm quite tired of the wind. Following my epidural shot, I am required to lie around for 2 days--as if I need a reason to take it easy. On Friday I will pick up new glasses. Starting spring as a new me!🌹
My cousin in Gastonia grows a garden still..he turns 82 in July. We use to do the bucket method with maters and peppers, but gave it up back in 2023. Between my cousin and The Produce Barn, I'll get plenty of maters and other items. Once David retires, (if he ever does), we will probably start gardening again. For now, my flowers and the lawn keep us busy. My twin sister and her husband grow lots of goodies in raised beds. But they live up in Wilkes county..90 minutes N. They've done quite well there with their gardens. I'll probably put my hummingbird feeders out end of next week..

All my test results from the hospital stay came back in the good range except for the troplini which can indicate a heart attack. The wonderful cardiologist said it could have been a stress attack from the heart rate being too low. Thank goodness my Apple watch notified me. I will do a stress test in her office but because I have a pacemaker now, it will be a little different than most do. We will know more in about 3-4 weeks after it is done.
