Good morning. It is MOVIE DAY. I think I'm going to the theater although I'm not positive. I still have about 4 hours to make a final decision. It's going to be another warm day today, about 85°. No rain which is a good thing considering how much we have had lately. We're sending most of the rain down the Mississippi River to Louisiana. Last night I installed a later edition of the cleaner I use. I have been putting it off for a long time, six months to a year. I'm really not been satisfied with the new edition. The trouble is, the old addition seem to be taking longer. I suspected that was done on purpose to get me to do a new edition. Now that I have the new edition, I don't think that was the case as the new edition also has this problem. Nothing major. It just seems to be taking longer than it used to. I think it is like all of these new things. I'm unsatisfied. Whatever!

Good morning. It is 64°outside but in my fortress, it is about 78°. I thought if I open the windows overnight it would cool down but it still feels rather stuffy. If this continues, I may have to activate my new air conditioner. Which of course it shall continue, eventually. I actually had a major accomplishment yesterday, I washed some clothes. It was a hot day and I decided it to hang some of the clothing on the clothesline outside. It did not take very much time for those items to dry even though they were heavier items such as a sweatshirt. I am somewhat concerned about my dryer. This has nothing to do with me hanging things outside, but some items I used in the dryer did not dry as previously done. Whatever! I always expect things to last forever.
Yesterday was the D-day. As we move farther away from the date, more people forget about it and are more concerned about going to the beach. I actually forgot about it myself until I noticed it on Twitter. I was not out and about yesterday so I really did not notice people selling Poppies in the store. I did notice it the other day and overcame my inability to open up my wallet.

Good day to you & happy hump day. Last day of school so will be going easy for awhile. Been having trouble with the internet going out & having to restart almost daily & causing our tv to go out or buffer a lot as we now have Roku & Hulu instead of cable so went to the provider store got a new modem & have had no problems since , Guess the other one just got tired but it was pretty old , Hope the week is doing good for you so enjoy the rest of it & stay happy..........George
Good morning. Happy Wednesday or as working people would call it, HUMP DAY. We had a little rain off and on overnight. I think it should stop tomorrow/today. We'll be somewhat warm, 84°, however it is that time of the year where I should be able to get by without the air conditioner running. The humidity will be tolerable, with overnight temperatures cooling down, the house does not remain hot. That being said, I do have the new air conditioner in a position to activate it within about 5 minutes. I have no real plans for today and will be playing it by ear. I am planning on going for a constitutional to get some exercise later today. I miss my jog in the middle of the night but I have found out it is counterproductive in keeping one's back in good shape. Every so often I am out for a long constitutional and am tempted to start jogging. However, being it is daylight, I am also dissuaded from doing so in case other joggers approach and pass me by like I'm standing still. I sometimes get the idea that I do not have the same condition that I had when I was 21 years old. HUMBUG! If I think of it, maybe I shall attend church this morning. Besides the religious aspect, it is good to hear conversations with real people and not just a television set. Sometimes I even join in.

However, this is a frightening portent of the fear that is gripping the world and how easily each country is giving into it.
