Good afternoon/evening to you. We got back from our trip on Sunday night at 10 pm. Had fun but its always nice to be back home. Tony(my husband) has been off from work this week. Its his vacation. So he has been doing things around the house. A cool front came through here this morning and its a nice 73*. I hope you are having a good week. Take care and enjoy the rest of your day. I hope your week has been a good one so far. It's been cool here and my furnace has finally been running a little mornings. The leaves are really changing and the maple trees are beautiful.

Sunday I went to a pumpkin patch with Jamie/Andrew and the boys. It was a really fun time and we were able to go right to the pumpkin patch and cut our own pumpkins. Found some honey and my daughter and I split the jar since it was a bit pricey but oh so good.

It Is a beautiful day here Darci.  The sun is out in full force bringing the temp up to a wonderful 68 degrees.  Nothing going on here today - nothing to do really - no housework and we are going out to a meeting at the Moose this evening so I don't have to cook as we go out to eat after.  Do need to hop in the shower and wash my hair which I will do right after this note to you.  I heard from the doc that will do my surgery - I was supposed to be there at 1:30 today - but I never got a call that I even had an appointment so now I'm scheduled for Nov. 1.  They screwed up on their part as they said they have an automated system that calls people a week and then 2 days prior to their appointments.  That's what happens when you have robots taking over!   Hope you are enjoying your day.

A lazy day here..beautiful weather, but looks like rain on Friday. I've decided coming to the beach in the Fall is a good thing. No crowds, less noise, and more shoreline to those who are here. Wishing you a beautiful rest of the week 🙂🍁🍂🙂

away!  :)  It was cold this morning when I
got up @6:30... 36º and I loved every chill
bump. Another day to put off getting the
furnace going. Long ago we started a
game... how long can we wait. Some
years it's nearly Tksg, but maybe not this
year. The weather gurus are speaking
favorably about the SE getting chance
of the white stuff. Yay! *hugs*

We are in the middle of the week and the temperatures are inching their way closer to the 80's.  

Sometimes Wednesday is just a catch up day.  Catch up on sleep as well at laundry and other chores.  

Some weeks are just rough going and you need the seas to calm down.  My week like that was last week.  

I hope I learned a lesson from it and will remain calmer the next time some things don't go exactly like I think they should.  

After all, God is always on my side and working in my best interest as well as teaching me a lesson along the way.

Hello.  I'm starting today at 48°, which is a lot warmer than yesterday at this time.  I think we'll reach 60° today although there is a rumor of rain.  Uncertainty clouds my future for today.  My first sign post of the day will be in about 2 hours when I shall have to decide on whether to attend church.  After that, everything is up in the air.  I had a reasonably good day yesterday, but that is in the past and we move on to the future.  Have a good day.  Ciao for now and watch your wallet!

Actually, since I started concentrating on my gut, and building up things there, with probiotics, and such, the inflammation, isn't nearly as bad, except when the weather affects things. Or maybe I'm just becoming more tolerant of the pain. In either case, things aren't as bad as they have been...

It was 66 for a high Darci and so pretty out, if I had a clothesline I would have dried my clothes outside too.  Did a load of jeans and had to put them in the dryer.  I was outside for a while and I should have stayed out longer it was so pretty out.  Fixed my outside ghost as he came apart - he's hung from the porch along with a ghoul and a spider web.  Do you decorate outside and or inside for Fall/Halloween?  We finally bought Halloween candy - sure hope we get rid of it all as I only like a few thngs out of the other bag and it would take 2 years to finish it all, then I really wouldn't anyway.  Rich likes a peice of candy once in a while but his daught is the candy eater.  Found my Fall decorations and brought some down to decorate.  Don't know if I'll put them all up but I will put up my pumpkins - they are my favorite decorations.  Have a beautiful nite Darci

Tuesday is the day!  What are your plans?  We still have cooler temperatures and so...  

I thought I would drop by for a visit.  Do you have sunshine and beautiful weather?  

Maybe we can take a walk.  We can listen for the chatter of the birds and possibly catch sight of some Cardinals.  

I would love to see some of your beautiful flowers and even pick some to take home with me.  

We could complete the day walking along the beach just before the sun sets.  That would be a perfect ending.  Thanks for letting me drop in!
