I made pizzelles many years ago.  Wonder where that thing went?  Oh well.  We had very high winds yesterday.  Got most of the hanging baskets hung in the trees in the back yard.  Also we go the shed cleaned out.  Cooler winds later today.  Yippee as it was almost 90 yesterday!  

we had a hot day Sunday, made it to 93* but today will only be in the 80's and the rest of this week is supposed to be nice...I watched the launch of the Blue Origin's all women crew to the edge of space where they got to be weightless. I would LOVE to go up into outer space IF I had the money I would even go on the flight like today's was..but, THAT will never be in my lifetime.

They tell us there are not as many bluebonnets as usual because we got almost no rain in October and November.  

Sometimes it isn't the number of Bluebonnets but the love from the neighbors that make the picture great.  

If you have enough different plants, there is always a plant of some kind showing off its blooms.  

Jesus, family, flowers and eggs, (oh how I love hard boiled eggs), this is a wonderful time of year!

Thank you! Yes, it does, indeed, hurt, but the consolation is that she had lost control of her bowels & bladder, and could barely walk, and then, not without pain, and stubbling. It was hard to do, but she's at peace, now, and has joined her whole family, at That Rainbow Bridge...(her lifetime mate, his family, and her one, and only, son)

Good afternoon. It's a beautiful day here. 75F here and a little breezy, but not to bad. I hope you are having a good day. I took a nap at 11:30 this morning. I was so sleepy I couldn't keep my eyes open. I'm taking a pill for my diabetic neuropathy and it makes me very sleepy. I had been taking just one pill in the morning, I supposed to take 2, but started off with one. So this morning I took 2 and oh does it make you sleepy. So I had a good hour nap. Got all my housework done so I'm free the rest of the day. I took a new profile picture, it of me standing in front of my purple lilac bush. Enjoy the afternoon and have a great weekend.
