Are your cards in the mail? I actually made mine this year with help from my friend Pam in Australia who sent me some giraffe designs. You should have seen me trying to get the paper in the copy machine the right direction to print it as a fold over card.

Good morning. This is something I like to call GAUDETE SUNDAY. It is a term used in my colony and Israel after Christ so some people are not old enough to remember it. 38* heading for 41* later. I am expecting fog the likes of Sherlock Holmes and London. I speak of the city, not Julie. Of course, since I no longer have my early morning protocol it makes no difference. I will be walking more in the light of day once I can wear a glove and drink coffee, though the coffee has nothing to do with anything. Hi there, How has your weekend been so far? It's been mostly cloudy here and the rain is moving in later after dark and most of the day tomorrow. It's to cold to do much outside anyway!
Later I plan to watch It's a Wonderful life. I like to watch it closer to Christmas.

10 days until Christmas! Are you ready? Tomorrow I will not be visiting The Hill as we will be going to visit Dave's mom in her nursing facility. She has Alzheimer's and recognizes us as people she knows but doesn't really make the connection that we're family. Our visits are brief as she seems to tire easily. Our mail ran just before 9:00 last night. I ordered DH an SEC Championship tee for his birthday (83rd) back on the 6th, and it's still out there somewhere between PA and AL. Yesterday it was held up in WV and GA. Geeesh! It would be his Christmas outfit if it gets here on time. He's such a fan:) Thank you for your sweet & lovely card, Lisa.
