Good morning. Sunday morning has arrived and so has this writer. I activated my portable air conditioner yesterday but only ran it for 5 minutes to see if it would work. Despite it being somewhat hot outside, the inside of my house was cool and so consequently I could not give it a workout. I have taken the exhaust hose out of the window so I could open and close the window at will. This time of year the heat and humidity does not get bad inside my house. Soon it will and then I will be making use of the air conditioner. I did find a downside. It is taking room up on the floor and I would actually like to find a remedy for that. I have thought about removing the dresser from my bedroom. Since I am not an ordinary person it really does not matter where I put it in my FORTRESS OF SOLITUDE. I no longer do any entertaining and so I do not need a dresser in a place that people would expect. I may continue with this situation for this summer and make a final determination at a later time.
It is the day before a holiday. I think it's going to be a nice day, but tomorrow rain is scheduled and a high of 61°. I have nothing planned and therefore it shall not be inconvenient for this writer. However, thinking into my distant past, people who have outside activities will not like this. At least there are not graduations on Memorial Day. Have a good day. Ciao for now we watch your wallet!
