Smile! It is hump day, middle of the week, Wednesday! I changed my router and what fun! I am back up and running after almost 24 hours.
Is your battery low and in need of being charged? Today is the perfect day to smile and make others wonder what you are thinking! Do you know how many things have to be reset because of no internet and a new router?
What are you looking at? Besides, that is a good way to get people to talk to you and share "love" with them!
We love our pets! We love the Fall season! We love each other! Share your smile and love everyday! I am still smiling!
Good afternoon to you. Its a warm 87* here today. To warm for me. But by this weekend it will be back in the 60's here. But we won't be here as we are going to Corpus Christi Texas. We are leaving tomorrow afternoon and going have way. Then going to stop and get a motel room for the night and get up Friday morning and head the rest of the way there. We won't be back until Tuesday afternoon sometime. I will take pictures. We are mainly going there for the eclispe that is happening Saturday morning. Have you heard about it? Well I had better go, I have already had a busy day. Take care my friend and have a lovely rest of your day. Hugs, Cheryl
I was up at 9 am this morning. Gpt a cup of black coffee w/sugar as I'm on a diet for a colonoscopy. I hope this time it works. Been drinking the Go-Lytely since yesterday and surprisingly I'm not hundry. I've made jello and have eaten some and made two cups of chicken broth last nite. I went outside and cut down some tall weeds around my small garden flag. I just couldn't stand it any more. Made Rich a breakfast pf scrambled egg w/cheese, 1/2 bagle and 2 peices of bacon. Thought that might help keep him awake as he slept most of the day and I was beginning to wonder if there was something wrong, but he's better today and had his PT. I have to stick close to home as I'm doing a prep for a colonoscopy in the morning. Have eaten some jello and had a cup of black coffee with sugar and had a sweet tea from Micky D's - am really not hungry till I look at food then I want it! LOL Hope you are having the same beautiful weather we are, Darci. Do you like perogis? We do and I just found a recipe from Pillsberry for a perogi and sausage casserole that looks really good. I might double it and make it for a Sunday nite dinner for dominoes. First I'll have to find outi f they like perogis.
good Morning Darci, we have rain on the way and we really need it but these cool sunny days have spoiled me and I'm not ready for them to leave , have a fab-BOO-lous Wednesday!
HAPPY HUMP DAY. 34* and frost. I am thinking of doing the safari to the far store in about a half hour, maybe. Have a reasonable day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
I've been looking for graphics to add to my post tonite and nothing seems get toto be working so there will be no pics unless I go to dreamies but not sure I can to nother page. Have a pop up only on my sssigning in page - don't know why but can't get rid of it. Anyway I went to WalMart to pick up my script and started drinking it - the GoLytely - got half of it down - yuck. Did a load of wash that needs to be put in the dryer. I'll do that after I finish my comments as it's getting late. I love these day too - it's been in the low 70's today and it's gonna stay in the 70's all the rest of the week. Hugs * Kisses, Wendy
Busy Tuesday..hair cut and root touch up mid day..thrn a quick stop by Food Lion for a few things. Wednesday will be more errands as we prepare to go on vacation Saturday. Looks like we'll have good weather at the beach, though a chance of rain Saturday. Overall, temps will be very pleasant. Bought more pansies today, so need to get them planted in the morning. New Hope Garden has beautiful ones..as always.
I like the acorn picture you sent. It reminded me of the oak tree we have on the side of the house. During October the acorns start to fall off. We have a carport out there under this tree. It has a metal roof. When we first moved here in 2018, I kept hearing this banging sound at night. I actually thought someone was messing around the vehicles, so one night I turned on the spotlight out there to see what might be happening. At first I was a little scared of what I would see. Well, I didn't see anything. lol. Finally, I told hubby about it and he laughed and said it was the acorns hitting the metal roof on the carport. I really felt stupid. Sometimes the deer will stop by and try to eat these things, but I think the acorns must be hard for them to chew. I watched one time when a deer was trying chew an acorn. It actually spit out the shell and just ate the nut inside. That was funny to see. I guess they don't like the shell.
Have a great Wednesday, Darci ~~ Fall hugs ~ Darlene
Good day my friend Darci, how are you today ? It's early morning here and mostly cloudy. Wish your day be full of many bountiful blessings and always. Take care. Kisses, Grace
