good Morning Darci, we have rain on the way and we really need it but these cool sunny days have spoiled me and I'm not ready for them to leave , have a fab-BOO-lous Wednesday!
HAPPY HUMP DAY. 34* and frost. I am thinking of doing the safari to the far store in about a half hour, maybe. Have a reasonable day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
I've been looking for graphics to add to my post tonite and nothing seems get toto be working so there will be no pics unless I go to dreamies but not sure I can to nother page. Have a pop up only on my sssigning in page - don't know why but can't get rid of it. Anyway I went to WalMart to pick up my script and started drinking it - the GoLytely - got half of it down - yuck. Did a load of wash that needs to be put in the dryer. I'll do that after I finish my comments as it's getting late. I love these day too - it's been in the low 70's today and it's gonna stay in the 70's all the rest of the week. Hugs * Kisses, Wendy
Busy Tuesday..hair cut and root touch up mid day..thrn a quick stop by Food Lion for a few things. Wednesday will be more errands as we prepare to go on vacation Saturday. Looks like we'll have good weather at the beach, though a chance of rain Saturday. Overall, temps will be very pleasant. Bought more pansies today, so need to get them planted in the morning. New Hope Garden has beautiful ones..as always.
I like the acorn picture you sent. It reminded me of the oak tree we have on the side of the house. During October the acorns start to fall off. We have a carport out there under this tree. It has a metal roof. When we first moved here in 2018, I kept hearing this banging sound at night. I actually thought someone was messing around the vehicles, so one night I turned on the spotlight out there to see what might be happening. At first I was a little scared of what I would see. Well, I didn't see anything. lol. Finally, I told hubby about it and he laughed and said it was the acorns hitting the metal roof on the carport. I really felt stupid. Sometimes the deer will stop by and try to eat these things, but I think the acorns must be hard for them to chew. I watched one time when a deer was trying chew an acorn. It actually spit out the shell and just ate the nut inside. That was funny to see. I guess they don't like the shell.
Have a great Wednesday, Darci ~~ Fall hugs ~ Darlene
Good day my friend Darci, how are you today ? It's early morning here and mostly cloudy. Wish your day be full of many bountiful blessings and always. Take care. Kisses, Grace
Hi there. Its kind of a warm afternoon here. Its 84* going to be even warmer tomorrow. Then back to the 60's on Thursday. I hope you are having a nice afternoon my friend and enjoying your day. Went shopping this morning, now I'm getting my laundry done. Take care my friend. Hugs, Cheryl
Thank you and I too will have a gourd-geous day. Cooler weather for the weekend as we are in upper 80's and near 90 on Thursday.

Another gourd-geous day in my area and I'm loving it. Going to hang out wash and let solar power dry it all. Hope to even do a bit of porch sitting this afternoon. How is your Tuesday so far? Let's both have a terrific day, shall we?
This is outrageous! This is peas, Del Monte. It looks like 2001. I have not looked at these for a long time as I only audit cans with tomatoes in them. I had to throw this can away. It was the only shelf without protection, newspaper on it. Acidity corrodes some of the paint, not much. I just happened to pass by this or I might not have discovered this for years yet.
Do you ever find yourself trying to use things up in an open container because you are ready to open a new one? And you can't get the stuff on the bottom because of the shape of the container? The easy way is to pour it into something like this, but....... and there is always a but, you don't want to dirty the container for fear of cleaning it. Today, at least for this time, the fear was conquered. Poured it in the measuring cup and then poured it into the new container.
How is your Tuesday going? Like many Michiganders, I🧡the city of Frankenmuth. The covered Holz Bridge is a special experience. There are pedestrian walks as well as the main thouroughfare for cars & horses.🍂
Welcome to Tuesday! I love flowers! It is almost time to plant Tulips and other bulbs for them to come up in the Spring.
We will take a slow drive down the dead-end road to the house and look at all the different colors.
We can get out and get an up close view of the pretty pink ones.
When you plant the bulbs you are never sure of what colors will come up. Wouldn't this be a lovely surprise?
Of course, this would be my favorite view. A field of orange, yellow and red with the beautiful orange evening clouds rolling in. Thanks for coming along with me!
Greetings. Cool morning. On the walk this morning, I saw the carnage of the road construction which I would have to endure if I mount the safari to the store I want to go to. I can't go today as I want to be at the store at 5 when they open. Alas....... they used to be open all night. In either case, there will be another day. I am always the martyr. Have a good day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
