The weekend snuck up on us again. We'll be cutting grass tomorrow. Got groceries today...got back home by 1130 am. I try to deter lunchtime traffic here. So here I am at the Hill catching up. Looks like we will see more rain this afternoon. Enjoy your weekend 🙂🌷🌷🙂

Thank you, my friend. Your friendship means a great deal to me, as well. Especially, right now. Yesterday was our 44th Anniversary, and our last little dog's 15th birthday. It was also her last day, as she was in failing health, and nothing we tried with her was helping. She passed on to The Rainbow Bridge at about 4:40, yesterday evening. Hey Darci..been working outside today..made a dent in one area of my yard getting weeds and all pulled up. The oak trees and poison I've, most are easily pulled up by the root. Of course after I came back inside, I took another shower. I know how easy it is for me to end up with poison Ivy. Got tangled up with some of it a week or so back. My little red wagon came in handy today..just about filled it up from start to finish. We will sit back and await yet another rain event. Guess we'll tackle the grass over the weekend. Have a wonderful day...

Maybe you have a favorite color of flowers.  Yes, orange is my favorite!  

Some flowers open when the sun comes up like sunflowers that follow the sun all day long.

I threw out some zinnia seeds today in area by back door steps. Also planted some in a huge pot on front steps by driveway. I'll be looking for some shade loving flowers soon for the area in N side of house. I have tons of hosta everywhere..they multiply so easy. Looks like we'll need to mow the yard tomorrow evening..as we await, once again, more rain on Friday. It will be warming up again too. So I've had a productive week so far. Enjoy your week 🙂

It's a sunny cooler day after a down right cold morning! Tomorrow will be a little warmer and that means mowing day.

My washer was finally fixed after waiting 2 months today so I was able to get a load of curtains washed.

THat's rough you have to walk the garden center.  I can't remember when pansies are best to grow here. What I do remember is my mom and so many beautiful pansies in her flower garden.
