I'm bringing you wonderful weekend wishes. And I hope you are having a great day. Tarlia, you are a better woman than I can hope to be. No A/C? Oh my gosh, I'd fade dead away. Back home in PA (northeast US), we didn't have it but summers were short there and mostly tolerable heat. Now that we live in NC (southeast US), I would literally pass on to the next world without a.c. Our summers here are so hot, humid, and looooong. I hope you bear up ok with your summer upon you soon. I will enjoy our cooler weather enough for both you and me, how's that?

I like that idea very much [ie you enjoy the cooler weather for both of us, lol!] I never knew how on EARTH we survived the long, hot and HUMID Aussie Summers either - managing it was like torture; like being in an overly hot Sauna or bath for hours day and night - terrible! I lived for 3 months in the Southern Highlands which is 600 ft above sealevel and up there the air was so much cooler and dry: I adored living there and felt at my best ever whilst there, and if I wasn't forced to move back down to the coast, I would have gladly stayed there for the better climate! However we'd occasionally travel up there for a long weekend break and enjoy the natural 'Instant A/C' of it's charming atmosphere! Did you know that today is world dolphin day? Do you remember the tv show, Flipper? I loved that show as a kid and thought having a pet dolphin would be such fun. I have no pet dolphin but I do have several other furry and feathery friends. Happy World Dolphin Day to you!

I hope you have had a good week. It's been busy here with cooler temps so it was good week to do some outside yard work. Now the light rain has moved in and looks like it will continue until next week.

it won't be long before all our green will be gone, and replaced with all the colors of fall! We are in 2nd summer right now, Saturday is supposed to be 100*
I am still walking some, going to get out later to try a little longer walk, my knee is better, but still hurts...just not as bad as Monday.
