We are having a wonderful ending to the first month of 2025.  

Carly and J Lo were outside on their big bed enjoying the warmer weather in the 50's.  

However, they did not enjoy the thunder and lightning and loud pouring rain from 9 pm until 6 am the next day.  

I love thunder & lightning and our 5" rain gauge was overflowing the next morning.  

We woke up to gray skies but most of the rain had soaked right into the ground. 

After all, look how beautiful the evening turned out.  God's blessings of rain with a magnificent sunset to follow.

Hello Lisa, we warmed up here and I was able to bathe both my dogs and air out the house by opening windows. Sure felt good to be able to do that too.  I had a busy day with chores and am late doing Hill visits today. Yesterday was fun with the girls. We went shopping for Lily's birthday party at  Hobby Lobby.  Have a good weekend!

Hello Lisa.

Boy!  What a day!  Left the house at 8:30 for a 10 am appointment. Normally, it takes 30-45 minutes but took us over an hour because of rain and fog.  Then it took us almost 3 hours to get back.  We were stopped on the freeway all 4 lanes not moving for 2 hours.  A beam had fallen off a truck.  Now it is very foggy and raining again.  We should have thunderstorms overnight and into tomorrow.  Whew!  

Merry midweek to you, Lisa! And quite a gorgeous day for me. It's sunny and currently 65*; a true taste (and tease) of spring. How is your day? Have a great evening.

I noticed that a couple weeks ago-not sold, just gone. Because I tried to get my husband interested in it. I finally got him to agree to move someplace around here rather than up North. We don't have a foothold up there. So if it's just missing a yard & disliking the HOA, he could be satisfied with that place. But we are waiting on our own paperwork. We paid off our condo Jan 7. Thx for the update.

Do you have blue skies?  Even if it is cold, maybe it is a good day to get out.  

Do you like to ice skate?  Just look at the colors the sun can make in cold weather!  God is quite the artist.  

Is winter a good time to travel, that is if you don't mind the cold?  A train trip to see the scenery is always a fun time.

Good Morning, Lisa. My week is better since it started getting warmer. I enjoy the updates on your cats.

You've had one busy day. I'm sure you'll get a nap in. 36 currently. The warmest day here of 2025. Looks like and up and down week. They say some snow will arrive again. The snow is shrinking but the grass is still covered.

Good Morning, the last of our snow finally melted yesterday. I was amazed it hung around for a week. The sun is out today and laundry is on the agenda.   Have a good Tuesday!

Tuesday is our favorite day because we go out to get Tacos.  Every day we love to share our smiles and let our light shine brightly.  

We always enjoy people and showing love to them and then seeing a frown turn into a smile.  

You never know what others are going through when you cross their path.  So share your peace with them.  

Teach your children to be kind and do what is right by showing them how to treat others.  

All of life starts with believing in yourself and showing others the right way to behave.  

That includes dancing and singing and praising the Lord.  They already know just how crazy you are, so show them.

Just making my weekend rounds. Hope all is well your way and you are staying warm. Cold here in Oregon. Mid to upper 20's at night, and now that the freezing fog is gone and the sun can shine during the day the temps have creeped up in the 40's during the day.  Still too cold for my liking but that's Winter for you.  I'm sure it is plenty cold in other areas as well.  Anyway, hope you enjoy the rest of your Sunday and have a great week ahead~~ debijo
