hi Mona as a child, i lived every day with bombs dropping every day and nioght during ww2, but didn't see diasters like mopther nature brings on i have 2 new homes now thje albert gardends whjere my unit is and at my lovely jymbilung group, mye away from home now boyje of them have helped me build a new life without my wonderful wife Salfordian, my Diane, i have even found some happiness again, something i thought i would never feel during the rest of my life i'm semi independant at the albert gardens my own motel type unit that i look after mostly myself but all meals are provided either in the dining room or my unit, it's not a bad life really and that awful grief has almost ebbed away, i doubt it will ever fully leave as long as i'm alive, but worse things happen at sea, to me life without Diane is the worst disaster ever in my life time, i hope i haven't depressed anyone, lol, arthur

Nice to hear from you, Arthur, even if you are just sharing an opinion of the situation on planet earth. For those in many areas, including Houston, it may seem like what they are living through right now is what they think Hell is like. Personally, I can't even imagine what it would be like to live is such dangerous sites, caused by weather, war, disease, etc. For me, I amd reminded to be thankful for each and every day, and to remember that I have no control of the weather and the results.

Arthur, how 'bout a blog about you in your new home. Hope you are doing well.

Still friends... Mona
