Sunday Blessings to you and your family on this last day of 2023.  

Are you ready for all the fireworks?  All of our neighbors set off fireworks at EVERY occasion.  

And every one of them has dogs and maybe a cat.  Our 3 dogs do NOT like them or thunder or lightning.  You would think after all these years they would get used to it.  

Help us to leave this year behind us with forgiveness and find Peace with the new year we are about to start.

 Still no snow here yet. That's very unusual for this area. Are you going anywhere for New Years? We use to go to Applebees for NYE. I love the special mixed drinks they offer for special occasions for only $5.. Haven't been there for NYE since 2021. They weren't allowed to open for NYE in 2020. I doubt very much if we'll go out this year. Staying home and will watch the ball drop. Not very exciting..

 I'm still turning on the ourside lights.. Can't bring myself to let go yet. I've always been sentimenal when it comes to Christmas. Feels so empty when everything is gone..

 Take it easy and relax - that's what I'm doing..

Hello Lisa, a chilly few days in store for us after a warm and wet Christmas. I bet your poinsettias are pretty. I never did get any. I've been dragging in the succulents and my Jade plant the last couple nights. Will leave up my lights and decorations till after the New Year. It's all so cheerful I will really miss it. Have a good last weekend of 2023!

Hey, it is the last time we will see a Caturday in 2023.  You know what is coming, don't you!

Winter is coming!  OK, maybe some of you have already had a taste.  The wind this past week has been brutally icy!  

I know the snowmen love winter, and some of you crazy people do too.   I'm just crazy about you being my friend.  

Did you know that Spring is just 81 days away.  I love beautiful blooming flowers... and warmer temperatures.  

So for now we will enjoy that Caturday is here with a smile!  Because there is so much to look forward to in 2024.

Good morning. It is 25* heading for 35* with some snow showers later tonight. Yesterday, on one of my computers, I thought I would relent and allow Microsoft to update Windows for various reasons. Indeed it is not good for what I wanted and there is a negative which causes me inconvenience. I may undo the update and go back to the previous Windows. The update took 2 or3 hours. It does not take as long to go back. I have done this twice before. Massive depression that everything in the world is not perfect. Have a good day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!

Yes this Friday, the last one in 2023, is a blessing from God.  What a year it has been!  

Just think of all the things God has made and think about bees and how they make honey.  

Bees have been around a long time and the honey they make is the best.  

God made bees very unique just like He made you and I so different and unique and yet He made us friends.  

So here is some advice to take into the new year from God's Honey Bee.

Hello. Thanks for the invite.  I hope you had a pleasant Xmas. It seems ages ago now. I've taken down the decorations and packed them away.   Won't be long before the New Year is here.  Hopefully it will be a good one for everyone.

Thunderstorms arrived here yesterday and continued overnight. Lots of spectacular lightening and crashing thunder that frightened my two little dogs but all calm now thank goodness.

Good afternoon, we were supposed to have rain this morning but I'm very glad we didn't get any. December has been verry wet overall, Getting chilly now and that's fine by me. We'll leave the tree and all the other decorations up till after the New Year. Hope your day is good!
